Also, I probably can't/shouldn't post the trailer for Grindhouse here, but, oh sweet heaven on a mule, do I ever want to see that one.

Grindhouse looks hilarious, and man i hope your wrong about 300. my first impression of it was...this is gonna be awesome, but after watching the trailer for it a few more times it comes off as a lot of guys just screaming soundtracked to NIN.

Don't get me wrong, I plan on seeing that one opening day. And I'll probably be grinning like an idiot the whole way through and making plans to buy the DVD immediately upon release. The trailer alone gave my inner comic book geek heart palpitations.

Looks like one for the sucks-but-is-still-off-the-charts-awesome category. It's the bimbo of my "must see" list.

Comment on the other trailers posted. I don't do comics so unfair to comment on F4, although this may be one I watch.

300? Need to see more, that trailer didn't do enough for me. Looks like it could have potential.

Great idea for a thread topic, BigSong!

I used to love comics (in my younger days). I still like to look at the artistic styles.

I usually enjoy watching movies made from the comics, even if they are corny. I enjoyed F4 and plan on seeing the sequel next summer. Thanks for pointing me to the trailer.

i agree with you on this one, looks to be good. getting more gritty which is cool. I'm also amazed at how each one seems to be getting better than the last one. we'll have to wait and see about this last one but it looks to be better. i mean its venom, c'mon.

My thoughts exactly. There's a lot of desktops and screensaver worthy frames in that trailer alone. The scary part is, the "best acted" scenes were probably the ones they already showed in the trailer.

I wonder what deep, sanguine, complicated jumble of spiritual and emotional acting motivations were use for "THIS...IS...SPARTA! (kick)"

Heres the Transformers Trailer. Has the potential to be Ishtar quality. CGI transformers doesnt sound right and doesnt look right..... This movie should be animated.

Actually, probably the only really good/successful Transformers TV show was CGI back in the day. It still brings back nostalgic memories...

Of course hat shows was ENTIRELY CGI and did not mix CGI with live action sequences. This movie is going to be terrible.

Why do say you that? I mean it wont be winning any awards, but i think it'll be a good throw your brain out the window movie.
