Spurs vs. Suns

Nash is playing, and Phoenix is looking pretty good.

Nesterovic just rolled his ankle pretty bad. They wheeled him off for X-rays and are saying it's already swelled up. I'd guess he'll be out a couple weeks at least.

That's a break for us, it means we'll see lot of TFM on Sunday.

Phoenix is looking like the Kings did when they beat the Spurs. I think the key to beating Spurs is to run them to death.

Man this is a fun game to watch. The Spurs got sucked into playing at the Suns pace, they might as well turn off the shot clock. Parker can't shoot at all, so he's getting no respect from his defender and Duncan is getting doubled.

Spurs still holding their own through hustle and some nifty plays.

He's definitely not ok. Won't play against us, that's for sure. Likely not in either game coming up. Caught a break.

Yeah I figgure that too, but the x-rays are negative so the quesiton is how bad is the sprain. Watching Joe gaurd Parker raises questions about the wisdom of letting him go.

anyone know what percetage amare shoots underneath the basket compared to farther out. All I see are dunks, no wonder he has a high shooting percentage and relies on nash so much.

Looks like the Spurs left their running shoes back at home. There are probably one three teams capable of running with the Suns and only two of them are wacky enough to try.

Is the Spurs defense this bad or is Nash this good?

Marion with 17 points so far in the third qtr. alone.

Not sure how the Spurs got suckered into playing the Suns game but they are clearly out of their element. Also im not sure why Pop has not had the defense focus on Nash, and challange him more at the other end, but there you have it. One more quarter fo the Spurs to start playing thier game and slow this thing down.

Suns are killing the Spurs ... but watch you will hear every sports annocer making excuse for the Spurs and they will say they are still the best team in the NBA... what a joke...

In my opinion, this game is even tougher to call than the LA/Minny game. Who do you root for? The Suns to kill any momentum for the Spurs going into Sac, or for the Spurs to send the Suns off to a 6th straight loss for the Kings to continue their climb to the top of the Pacific? Anyway, the Suns are looking to collapse into themselves late. Very interesting.

No he didn't! If I am Tim Duncan, if I am Manu Ginobili, heck if I am the Spurs equipment mananger I am severely ticked off to get showed up like that by Amare Stoudamire....
