My point is that in situations where diciplin, team work and top effort count for everything (life and death in one case, winning and loosing in the other) A compleet public dressing down is at times nceessary to matain team cohesiveness and get maximum effort/performance from each member. You are right the milatary is not for everyone, and neither is professional sports. There was a day when uncoachable primadonas had no place in professional sports for just this reason.

Gregg and Rick the 2 most winningest coaches in the NBA

Speaking of coaches, great substitutions by Rick so far. Moved in the Bench who did a pretty good job staying close, Brought back in the starters at just the right time to edge ahead. Also smart leaving Special K out there. Need second half to match first half intensity.

That's why I threw in the disclaimer. You'd be surprised at the number of people even around Zanesville that have been nay-sayers since he's gotten drafted.
