and after tonight they will probably be 2-4 and have beat the EXACT SAME 2 teams that the Kings have beat. so why is Smarts job so safe?

Different situations. Not many people are shocked if/when we end tonight 2-4

i have watched every Kings game, every season, since i was old enough to know the game of basketball. through all the good and bad seasons, i am for the very first time, starting to lose interest in even watching

the treatment Cousins is getting from the refs is an embarrassment to the league. how is this guy ever supposed to away from his image as a whiner/complainer if he cant even play Defense without it being a foul

If I'm going to be angry about anything, it's about the total and complete reversal of attitude, etc. since the ridiculous rotations. And I know I'm going to be even angrier tonight after the game when Jason Jones lobs meatballs at Smart instead of coming right out and asking him WTF he was thinking...

the offense i see, in what is now the 6th game of the season, makes me wonder if Keith Smart has EVER run a single offensive play in practice ever. doesn't look like it to me. looks like he just says put the ball in this guys hand and try to score.

This game demonstrates why that thread about trading Thornton + JT for Granger would be pretty bad. Thompson is the reason we are still in this, such a good bench player for us.

And I know I'm going to be even angrier tonight after the game when Jason Jones lobs meatballs at Smart instead of coming right out and asking him WTF he was thinking...

That's another issue, Jones/Voison acting like there's nothing to critique. Never ask the obvious questions, nor do they write about or even acknowledge obvious problems.

We have talent, it can just be used much more effectively.

He has to shut his mouth, stop the grimaces and the whining regardless if he gets 6 fouls in the first 6 seconds of the game. He made his bed. Now he has to lie in it for quite a while before the refs are going to let up. They've had it with his act. Now he has to suffer the consequences.

No it's not funny at all. Cold shooting by the Spurs and improved defense by us has brought us back

why is it that the Defense goes up and the opponent FG% down when the right lineup is on the floor?
