I can appreciate any individuals that do this. I think social media has its positives to maybe keep in touch with family or friends from past if they are out of state or country but when we use it to compare our lives with others and consume news that makes us angry and apathetic then we fall into a spider web. At least with forums we can use some critical thinking and discuss with members both with wisdom and experience and those becoming fans
I just use it for music and sports chatter and sharing pics of my kid with my family.

I actually met my bio-sister through Facebook in 2015 which is still pretty wild.

Warriors - not even close to their A game. If they had played their A game, we would have lost by 20+ (maybe even 30+).
Kings - no, we have not played our A game yet. Games 1 and 2 were maybe solid B games for me, but they were good enough to match the Warriors' solid B games.

And, to answer your final question - ABSOLUTELY, we win this series if the Warriors play the way they played last night, and we clean up some of our faults.
Wish we woulda attacked the paint more and tried to draw more fouls.. Its not like the Warriors were making a ton of 3's it woulda been viable..

Looney is far too effective in that game, even more so than Sabonis.

Their plan to nullify Sabonis is working too well. He's not able to stack assists like normally and he's hella turnover prone, plus his rebounding in that 2nd half was nonexistant.

Barnes was fine but the rest of the 3pt shooting was bad..
It would've been viable because there were like 7 or 8 times Klay or Poole got switched onto Sabonis that Sabonis didn't take advantage of. I know it's not his game but when you have a mouse in the house you need to smell blood in the water every time.

Does anyone feel the warriors played their A game? Like is this the best they can play? Have the kings played their A game yet? Im curious if this was the gsw played a B game and we played an F or a D. Like we are up 2-1 without playing our best. We have shot AWFUL from 3 this series, which is not the norm from what we have seen all season. If the warrors play this way and we play to our potential do we win the series? I feel we can
I don’t think so. Klay hasn’t gone on one of his burners, and Poole’s been abysmal. Those two step up what they’re capable of, paired with Curry playing like he did in game 3? Watch out.

I have more faith in Kevin and Keegan to figure it out than I do in Poole. Klay I'd probably give the edge over our two guys. Like I've maintained we need Domas to be Domas and 2 of Monk, Kevin, & Keegs.

Glad we have an extra day off hopefully Domas can use it. DHO was neutralized on Monday but at least he was scoring. But damn guys, it's time to hit your shots.

Agree completely. I’m not on any social media and my life is much better for it. I decided that if it was really important for me to keep in touch with certain family and friends, I’d make the effort in other ways.

Forums seem like a much healthier way to engage with people (except when bored Twitter users join to expand their trolling portfolios).

Kevin’s breaking my heart. It doesn’t seem like he’s playing scared. He’s actually been pretty good getting into the paint. Just can’t hit an open three for the life of him.

Ive been making a lot of changes in the last 5 years. I realized I wasn't very happy so I moved, quit media(social and otherwise), quit drinking, started some basic exercising(walking situps push-ups squats), eating better is next, and the weed... but I like that a lot...

I never expected us to go into Chase and the defending champions roll over and give us two games. Their backs were against the wall and they battled like the team they are. I think the Kings got inside their own heads - maybe all the chatter about how the refs were calling the game, Kings are *too* physical, etc. If that was part of Kerr’s plan in response to the Green situation, it worked. Watching it, it felt like the Kings were pulling back a bit in order not to give away the foul (in some instances that didn’t even matter).

The 3pt shot wasn’t there again… when that happens, we need to adjust. I agree with other who said Sabonis needs to just take that open jumper at times when they give him the shot.

As sloppy as we played I saw a lot of bumbles on the Warriors side of the ball too, bad passes/dribbles…we need to capitalize on that when it happens.

As a fan, I’ll admit… I got a little greedy and was disappointed last night. With Draymond out and GP2 ill, I thought there was a good chance we could take this game. Now that we have loss 1 out of our system I’m hoping we get back to what’s gotten us here, and throw in a healthy dose of playoff defense.

It was never going to be easy.

Just read the 29-page thread. All of these observations were touched on.
1. We made the playoffs. That was the sole goal at the start of the season. Anything else is a cherry on the sundae.
2. "Regular season" Kings have not made an appearance in the post season. Still could be possible but "playoff shock" must be overcome.
3. The Kings could well be 0-3 at this point if the Warriors played to their potential. Being 2-1 is exceptional given how the play has gone.
4. Game 4 is critical from confidence and strategical aspects. Predicting that the winner being the winner of the series.

All four are extremely accurate (100%) observations.

Actually, I take my comment back...The first three are extremely accurate (100%) observations. I am not quite sold on number four being an extremely accurate (100%) observation. Because we still have home court advantage over the final three games of the series. And anything can, and will, happen at that point. We haven't lost the series yet, folks...Nor are we significantly closer to losing it than we were before last night's game...We STILL have that 2-1 series lead...:p:p:p

Not the most aesthetically pleasing game I've ever seen. It's one game, whatever. I've seen a lot of teams that eventually become NBA champions get blown out by 20+ points in the playoffs. This team hasn't remotely come close to fulfilling its offensive potential in these first three games of the playoffs. Maybe with this loss they get their morose shooting fully out of their system. We'll see.

I don't want to lose game 4. But they always say it isn't a series until the first team loses at home.

Golden State has been truly abysmal on the road. I'd love to close it out in 5. But I am not sure we can say Game 4 is "must win". This is why teams play for HCA.

That said, we better get out of our funk and take this thing. I don't want a Game 7 vs the Warriors.

He's not getting all of the good looks he gets in a normal game during the season, but I think he's just generally going through one of those shooting ruts that we've seen during the year. The good news is that if he does in fact get going, he can definitely win us a game or two.

You know, I was actually a bit surprised at all of the statements Brown made in the last day or so regarding the officiating and his assumption that we aren't going to be getting calls. He even mentioned it again during his in-game interview. I know it's all psychological warfare that happens with the refs, but to me felt like it was something he was overly emphasizing with the team. Not many things I can complain about with coach brown, but one of the few times I feel like he might have misfired on all of that talk about the officiating. Wonder if it contributed to the team's mindset coming into the game.

Give me 7 at G1C. God what a rocker that will be. Yes, I'm a masochist. But, we Kings fans are masochists, so there's that.

Just finished watching "down in the valley" for the first time and I couldn't hold it in the emotion. I teared up remembering where we were not even 10 years ago.

How i wish they would air this doc. Its gonna help me enjoy this playoff ride so much more!!!
I'm a little embarrassed (ok, maybe extremely embarrassed) to admit this, but I've yet to watch this documentary in its entirety. I will do so this weekend, though (most likely later tonight).

That doc 100% put me in a better state of mind before the series. I went from completely pre-defeated and honestly nowhere near as hype as I expected to all-in. The wins then helped, but I was super down before I watched it.

it's almost impossible to watch no reason to be embarrassed. If you missed it last weekend and didn't save it, good luck.

Even TNT took time to comment on some inside fouls that went uncalled last night. Didn't matter because we couldn't hit our 3s. But it may have set the tone early.

There were a few of those, too, no doubt. But lots of forced contested shots as well.
I think they psyched themselves out. It has happened a lot this season. Especially with all the media attention surrounding this game. I have a feeling if anyone is talking about this series today after last night, it's going to be how we crashed back down to earth, how the dubs are back in the drivers seat, etc. etc. the same type of bulletin board BS that has got this team back on laser focus all season. Last night was actually the first time we lost to a team we had played the game before. A bit different in a 7 game series, but Dubs will have to win 2 in a row at least once if they want to take the series, and they'll have to win away. Those are two big check marks in our favor.

Really hoping we can steal game 4. I think it's going to be tough and its going to be a battle. But I think having GP2 and Dray back is going to complicate Kerr's job more than make it easier.

Sure but then there were quite a few that were also pretty open looks. We're just not making them. Feels like as long as it's not Huerter or Murray shooting the warriors are fine with the other guys shooting them. They have done a good job on those 2 thus far.
Huerter‘s only saving grace so far has been inside the arc. He’s been ok there. Outside of it has been dreadful.

All I know is 11-47 is almost never gonna get it done. That’s just WAY too many attempts for a team that not only wasn’t making them this game, but started out terribly from 3 the two previous games. Then factor in Dray and Payton’s absences — it makes the decision/strategy much much worse.
