Seriously, watch this. Not that anyone is denying players a foot taller don't have an advantage but some of these challenges are on bigs. The real thing about him is the ability to absorb contact. That's where G's usually suffer and where you have to worry with players playing up.

His wingspan looks huge.
Although he's short he won't be easily bullied by taller players with his beefy body and low center of gravity, will he? :)

But real talk. Carter just has a nose for the ball. He ends up in plays because he has a feel for the game and where to be. His length helps him for sure. But so does his body positioning.

Will be interesting to see him finally on the court. He is a baller. Through and through.

It's hard to put a finger on guys like him. I played with a dude like him. Dude wasn't spectacular at anything, but our team always won because he was just so solid in everything. He didn't really have a single strength. Everything was just strong

Yep, his physical attributes are a bonus and they are nothing without the feel for the game. His anticipation and timing are perfect.
He is not one-trick pony, he employs an array of ball stopping techniques at the defensive end. Never seen such a ball stopper, I could be biased.
