Question: Has anyone heard of the likeliness of the Kings signing Ryan???? I think if they are going to take Antoine Wright, and invite Chism to training camp they should give Ryan a chance. I think he's a pretty good shooter, and Mario spoke pretty highly of him during SL. Any rumor?

I don't know who their inviting to camp, but I would hope that Ryan would be one of those players. I can't say that he was great in summer league, but he did have his moments and he played hard when in the game. Its hard to really judge guards in summer league. Most of them are just trying to impress enough to get an invite to someone's camp. So as a result there's a lot of selfish play going on. If your one of 7 or 8 guards on the same team its hard to get enough consistant minutes to stand out. If nothing else you should at least try to play good defense, and I think Ryan did that, along with showing some offense. Of course you know that Chism isn't coming to camp because he signed with a team in Turkey.

He apperently agreed temrs with Hapoel Galil-Gilboa from Israel, and atleast according to the media down here he's a lockin for next season.

I'm sure he has a clause to get out if an NBA contract comes his way, with that said I doubt it. I think his role was replaced on the Kings when we signed Antoine Wright. IF anyone gets a camp invite that progresses to a contract it's likely Dionte Christmas. He's a shooter and we're still looking for more of those.
