The Sacramento Monarchs are the reigning champions. They don't deserve the insult...

Don't get me wrong Wells is doing much better than i thought despite being fairly low IQ player but a team where Wells is Your best player is going to the lottery

I can't see Wells adding to the negative of this team this year, If you put him where Mobley was last year the team would have done the same. Our guards are fine, we have to do somethign about our forward and center position.
Lottery sounds pretty nice to me right now, considering Shelden Williams (3.7 Blks, 11.3 rebs) is in that draft.
We all know and can clearly see that this team is going no where this year or in many years if we don't shake something up. I'm happy with Kings losses this year as long as there is effort from them.
Now I'm gonna sleep on the lack of effort tonight.

Man I don't get it. I loved Webber as a King. When we had him, all I heard was the window is closed, they'll be good but never a "contender". Now he's gone, it's they never should have traded Webber.

I guess thats the media for you.

absolutely not. He plays well most of the time.

However - team in which he is the best player is going to the lottery

After what I saw tonight, I'm thinking Adelman is probably keeping his fingers crossed they WILL fire him. Then he can at least go home for the holidays...

I think that's the third time Peja shot an airball in the fourth quarter in the last week. I don't mean to single him out, because the whole team played bad in the 4th, but Peja has not proven he can handle the pressure in the 4th quarter.

I'm listening to Rick Adelman right now on Sports 1140 and he sounds demoralized. I think he knows he's gone.

more like - he hopes that somebody puts him out of his misery

I think if that was the case, he would have resigned from his position a while ago. I think he still depends on this job to pay his bills, not to say he's poor by any means :)

Is this news ? This has been the primary knock on Peja since he entered the league.

Twice. Cleveland and tonight.

I'd let them fire me...then they still have to pay his contract amount. But he must be wishing they'd hurry up.

I believe there's a severance clause - if he's fired, he still gets paid.

Looks like everyone knows what the King's Achille's Heel is: put a quick forward on Brad Miller and leave your center/shot blocker around the rim. Brad Miller can't deal with a fast defender and what is left of the offense can't get through the shot blocker. Minesota did it and now the Rockets did it. The Kings are going to have to figure out how to play without the high post.

I saw fans leaving before the end of the game. That never used to happen.

It's been happening for over 2 years. Where have you been?

Thank you Piksi. It is not ALWAYS or ONLY Peja's fault. There's enough suckiness to go around.

Pedja is absolutelly not responsible for the airball.

However, I still blame him for not being man enough (yet again) to get in his teammates faces and demand the ball more often. 8 shots are absolutely pathetic by any standard.

Fans have been leaving for the last two years near the end of the game, but not like this in a close game. Not as much.

As bad as it sounds, let's face the truth: Kings are on there way to a 10+ losing streak. If that's not enough to make any coaching changes or trades, i dont know what is.
