I think that's the third time Peja shot an airball in the fourth quarter in the last week. I don't mean to single him out, because the whole team played bad in the 4th, but Peja has not proven he can handle the pressure in the 4th quarter.
Or in big games...we've known this for years

Oh you didn't just say that, did you?

Good lord.

Is it really not possible that he still may feel the side effects of that injury ? He is soft afterall, and he does wear that strap around his hand, so there is something there. It's not an excuse to put up airballs, but has Peja really ever looked this bad, and coincidentally right after a hand injury ?

I gave up trying to dissect the problems with this team because the entire team is the problem. Best to blow it up and start from scratch. Only problem is I don't know if there are any GM's dumb enough to make a Richmond for Webber type trade. Maybe towards the deadline when playoff teams get desperate-but until then this is going to be a long winter!

This sucks. This loss was nauseating. How the heck do you blow a 14 point lead with 3 mins to go in the 3rd? How do you let yourself be demoralized like that? We shouldn't suck this bad. This sucks, the team sucks, this whole situation sucks.

How did we give up a huge lead?

Jump shots.

Plain and simple.

You live by the jumper - you'll get executed by the jumper. You can go through stretches where you look awesome. You'll go through others where you look awful.

I'm going to keep echoing the same statement I always make:

The Princeton High Post offense is NOT the best system for this current team. Unless we start slowing it down and working the post - we will continue to lose.
