I thought it would be low scoring, I thought Jets had a fighting chance, but the way Colts and Peyton adjusted so effectively to that Ryan defense was doing - very impressive. I saw coach Tom Moore on the sidelines counseling Manning after early Jets lead and it paid off. Now will it be Peyton v. Farve or v. Brees in Super Bowl 44.
 
Do Voodoo Dolls really work:eek: Vikes with severe case of fumbleitis in a noisy, insane Superdome. Saints not without their own nervous moments. 28-21 Nawlins with about 8 mins left in this crazy NFC championship game.
 
I wanted the Saints to win, but the NFL sudden death overtime sucks...

A playoff game should not boil down to sudden death.
 
I am happy for the Saints. They have never been in the superbowl until now. I'll be rooting for them. It sure was a heck of a good football game. By the way, I don't like the color of their NFC hat. Its kind of ugly.

Wild Card Weekend was 1 point for correct pick and zero points wrong pick. Divisional round 2 points awarded for each correct pick. 4 points for conference championship and 8 points for Super Bowl.

Are there going to be extra points for the score this year?

I think that "extra" feature is good, especially for some possible tie-breakers in the final tabulation. Maybe you can help with making sure every ones points are correct following the Super Bowl. It looks like only 7 contestants have stuck with us until the end from original 11 who entered. TIA

Rock had it right - no later than 5 mins before kickoff. I believe that's projected around 6:25pm ET (3:25pm PT).

I'll be making my pick on Sunday but want to check a few variables like: Freeney status (not looking good for him); weather in South Florida for this night game (forecast game time temp. around 60, clear, NW wind 10-15).
 
I also need to know what songs the Who are playing at halftime because I think that may really mix things up.
 
I think Saints beat the 5.5 spread but as much as I might want to pick them to win I think Colts eek out an NFL championship victory a thrilling Superbowl shootout.
