Honestly so fun to watch. Just a pure PG distributor back there.
The 2021 draft turns out to have been a bad QB draft.
So how many more ridiculous performances is Brock going to have to have before people finally admit he’s good?
Another game, another 30 points, another win, another time walking away feeling like we played a very very incomplete game.
QB's drafted from 2021 to where Purdy was:
Trevor Lawrence
Zach Wilson
Trey Lance
Justin FIelds
Mac Jones
Kyle Trask
Kellen Mond
Davis Mills
Ian Book
Sam Ehlinger
2022
Kenny Pickett
Desmond Ridder
Malik Willis
Matt Corral
Bailey Zappe
Sam Howell
Chris Oladokun ( LOL)
Skylar Thompson
Brock Purdy
Like Purdy is #2 on this list and it's not even close. And 4 games in, you can make a VERY easy case he's been better than Lawrence so far in 2023.
People will talk about Purdy only being good because of the Shanahan system like we didn’t just see Tua and Burrows look like absolute dog crap in the exact same system earlier in the day.
Another game, another 30 points, another win, another time walking away feeling like we played a very very incomplete game.
1) I hope all the questions and doubt about Purdy are gone now. He's the real deal.
2) CMC is the best RB in the NFL and should be one of the front runners for MVP
3) Aiyuk is a top 10 WR
This feels like the 9ers' year. Just need everyone to stay healthy, but it's still a very long season. I would like to see less use of CMC down the stretch when it's clear that we're going to win. Don't need him to get hurt in garbage time
I dunno offensviely it was the best gam of the year in terms of effienciency and scoring.
