Fields with a couple of good games in a row statistically. Holding ball less but I think line has been better and play calling better for him. Of course it has helped to go up against Denver and Washington.
If Randy Gregory has anything left in the tank and the downturn in his numbers was purely due to the Broncos being a tirefire, the Niners have put together the most destructive defensive line in franchise history.
the Niners somehow came out on the other side of whiffing on a trade up to draft a franchise QB with a Super Bowl roster and more picks than they can roster next season.
I don't know that it's a season wrecking problem -- I'd probably wait and address it during the draft next year -- but I agree that the right side of the O-Line is our one problem area and we do have the assets and cap room to find reinforcements mid-season if it continues to be a problem..
