Wow. Just terrible defense.

Not simply “not as good a defense as it looks on paper” disappointing defense… Just flat out terrible defense.
They've neglected their secondary and its haunting them now. - but its not just the secondary - its Mixon tearing up the line 2nd layer. They keep playing zone and getting destroyed. Game is over if the they don't make adjustments now. They can't keep allowing MIxon space.

Nah, 12-2 as a starter (sans Eagles game he lost his elbow on the first drive) and he complains like he's Nick Mullens or something. Some posters have gotten real weird lately with the 49ers and Kings analysis and both teams being good.
So …. This team, as it is playing right now, you’d consider good?

A touchdown or even a field goal would’ve felt like game over with the bengals getting the ball back so that’s huge

And wow, some shocking aggression from Shanahan there

Maybe Purdy should throw the ball at his hands and not his face. Would be easier to catch?
If he didn’t want it to hit his face he should’ve caught it. What does that even mean? Any throw that can hit you directly between the eyes is a ball that should be caught in my view. He’s a pro.

There was a day, not that long ago, when a 56-yard FG was an absolute desperation move, and was more likely than not to come up short even if was lucky enough to be straight. That thing would have been good from 66. Damn.
