My first dunk!!!!

I Just got done with a pick up game down at the gim and had my first dunk!!! I was posting on the wing hit em with a quick spin move and went up with the c webb legs every wher jam!!! Im 15 so that got me wondering when everyone elses first dunk was, man im a true 6'1 265 without shoes but ive been playing basketball every day for all my life and this was one of my real big goals

My first dunk was during this high school season on a fast-break! I'm a 6-2 freshman and 14 years old. It was unexplainably amazing!

I was just going to say that....

Anyway, I was never able to dunk but in college I could get the ball to the rim but just not over it. I'm 6'1" and back then I was about 190lbs.

My first REAL dunk was a few months ago, threw it down Mikki Moore style all yellin and stuff, it was bad, btw im 23, 6 foot, about 220

6'1" over 10 years ago when I was in my teens and about 40 lbs lighter (I'm 235 lb now). Never could do it in a game, but otherwise I've done it (especially with women's ball since I could palm it easier ) .

Not bad for a semi-athletic white guy Now I'm happy to be able to grab the rim, but then again my sports activity is limited to occasional game of golf.

yea i have HUGE hands i mean HUGE hands so that kinda helped me cause i didnt get too far above the rim

i was dunkin but i hurt my right knee its healing now but its going to take a while to get back up there congrats on your first dunk its always the best

I had my first dunk yesterday at 38 and I am 5'8 and 135 lbs.



Guess I should mention that I was at my 1st graders B-Ball practice and the rims were lowered. It still felt pretty sweet!

Well done, I'm sure that you're jump will improve since you're only 15. And it sounds like you still got some growing to do.
Me, I'm 6'0'' in shoes but still growing. I can dunk but not consistently. Hopefully in a few months I'll be throwing it down with ease. Growing another couple inches like my brother wouldn't hurt either
