We can get either of those guys for nothing. Haywood is a FA, Dalembert is a big contract Philly would like to drop.
As options they are just ok. Haywood could work depending on length of contract and price. Dalembert is just not that great.
For the 5th pick you want to look at young vets. M Gasol, Bogut, Noah, Horford. I doubt any of those teams are that motivated to do so however.
Trading high picks for vets usually doesn't work out. Last year with Washington trading the #5 for Mike Miller and Randy Foye being a good example. Reason being if you're drafting high, you're probly not that close to contending. So don't try to shortcut the process. One notable exception being the Celts trading the #5 for Ray Allen, but of course that was the 2nd biggest move of the summer for them and they were in a very unique position.
