JT is consistently good when he's defending a player 1-on-1 ... team defense isn't as good, but he doesn't get nearly enough credit for his work on that end.

Jerry Reynolds doesn't get a lot right, but one thing he has said that always rings true: hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard. You can often tell that our starters trend towards counting on their talent, as opposed to hustling on every play, the way these guys do.
