Dear EVERYONE on KF chill, Jimmer has gotten, what 6 minutes tonight so far? Whether he should play over isaiah in total mpg is to be determined but Jimmer needs to get some burn in order to acclimate the the NBA. He isn't playing well but he's not ****ing up that badly.

The way I see it:

1) He'll start hitting his shots. I have no doubt of that. Don't think many people do.

2) Might as well get him minutes and break him in during a season where the Kings suck and aren't going to the playoffs anyway

3) His stats are better than half (or more) of the team's anyway, so it's not like he's losing us games when he plays poorly

Said it before, will say it again: This team's defense in general is just flat out awful. It's either the players, or it's the coaching.

Also, Reke will NEVER be a "star" in the league if he doesn't learn how to play the game properly. I don't care how much talent he has or how high his ceiling is.

We can't buy a basket, but we are playing solid D and it is keeping us in it. Hopefully we start hitting some shots in the 2nd half.

Alot of rim rattlers and in-and-outs. Normally, yes, our shooting sucks. But tonight I'd chalk it up more to "bad luck." Sometimes the rim hates you.

That post was about team defense. I'm pointing out - as before - that it's not WHO is playing defense, it's the defensive system itself (or lack thereof) - that is making this team suck on defense.

He is a BYU fan. He didn't follow the Kings until Jimmer was drafted. He is also kind of condescending.

I know because I am a BYU fan too I just don't pretend to be a Kings fan. I am a Utah Jazz fan.

Thornton had everyone clear out so he could shoot a contested 3? That was dumb.

Watching this game really highlights who's been killing our ball movement all year. Hickson, Thornton and Salmons

He gets bailed out by the coaches/fans for having a big shot once in awhile - or a big game once in awhile (although rare).

Same case with him as with Reke though - lots of potential, but it will likely never be realized if he doesn't change his attitude and style of play.

Until they make those changes, they will always be the highest scorers on the worst teams.
