Kings vs. Lakers pre season game 4

What is it that makes you want to talk about Garcia all the time? He didn't start anything with anyone there. Cousins was pissed and took a swipe at Gasol, Garcia stepped in as what one could only guess was in a peace maker roll. Which is what he is known for.

cause i have seen him get in the face of a laker player every time they play recently. and on top of that, he's flat out the worst player on the team

So what you are saying is, your comment was completely wrong but you are going to follow it anyways and use it as a way to talk about a player you hate. Gotch ya.

Garcia's shot sure looks good so far. Much rather have him out their than Outlaw or Salmons.

On another note... did you guys just see that Cousins steal and dunk? Holy crap...

A really nice half of basketball from us against what will essentially be the Lakers rotation this season sans Howard. Kobe, Nash, and Pau all played big minutes and none of them really burned us

Wonder why Thomas Robinson got no burn in the 2nd, JT certainly isn't adding a whole lot on either end.
ya was wondering the same thing

also, i know its only preseason but why is Jimmer getting that much time and Aaron Brooks getting 0 minutes. i mean brooks might not start over IT but he should still get solid minutes in the regular season, so why arent they giving him some time to get acclimated to the team out there

 We had 8 assists and 9 turnovers. Shooting 44 percent. No Howard is a HUGE difference. I know you are happy we have more points than them, but this is about as far as you can get from a "really nice" half of basketball.

They haven't been burning anybody. Again, maybe the worst preseason team in the league thus far. It raises some interesting questions, although I am sure they will turn it on, veteran style, when things matter.

ya im sure the Lakers effort level is not too high in the preseason. they will finish in the 1 or 2 seed in the west this year. but if one of their stars gets injured they will be in trouble, not much depth on the team

I have this little hunch that swapping Sacre for Howard as the starting center will let them coast and figure it out until things matter myself ;)

Just got in for the second half. Tyreke not starting makes me upset. JJ starting makes me happy.

Maybe Smart will get it right next time around. Other than that... Did I miss anything?

JJ is now 2 of 2 from down town. very nice to see from a guy that is known to do everything well besides shoot the long ball

Tyreke was the first SF off the bench, taking the place of JJ who was in foul trouble. Pretty much using the same lineups as last year. IT, MT, Tyreke + 2 bigs.
