I didn't like that Murray/Lyles/Domas group there. With Fox you can get away with it but you saw how Huerter was the only guy able to create in that unit.

Delly is for sure a true PG. Davion is a combo G but he's overall been pretty good tonight passing wise.

Sabonis isn't good when packing the paint but when he's been allowed to press out and pressure in switch, he's been pretty darn good. Brown just doesn't run much switch. My guess is he'll learn come playoff time. You either switch or you die.

Apparently the Jazz have a player named Brantley who has scored 13 points in this game. Has Mark been calling him something else because it feels like I haven’t heard that name

Haha, I don't think so. I've heard the name a few times. The Jazz have secretly been exposing some decent role guy targets in the last few games.

We (perfectly) even up the points in the paint disparity with the 3pt shot.. They've scored 18 more than us in the paint, and we've scored 18 more than them from behind the arc..

but that begs the question what do games like this look like if the other team is making their 3's...


All in all, really solid showing from the squad.

Huerter's been so damn good since his return from injury..

If you subtract the 5 3pt misses from Davion's performance tonight, pretty much a flawless effort from him, hopefully this will be a confidence booster for him (and he wont dwell on the 3pt misses)
