[Game] Kings v. Thunder - Monday, Nov. 19 - 7 PT

jcwkings:

Okay, I think I saw what you were talking about. It did look like he stepped a little awkwardly on his left foot but I couldn't see clearly.

Maybe in your world you are okay with opposition getting in your face and slapping you around without retaliation but not the Kings, thank goodness for that.
So now we’re creating strawmans...

If Russell was in his face, there would be double technicals. Stick to what happened (you know...”my world”)

I'm halfway convinced the gossip story was a plant by Vlade to have an excuse to rally behind the coach and rally team unity.... The way they have responded as an organization has been incredible... BROADCAST CREW INCLUDED. Very happy to see.

Why? I cant say what i am think? Calm down gyus, just feel that i dont belong here...Can you explaain me what is american basketball and what is Kings basketball? And why you think that techical is good and that play before that?
There are moments in life when people push you down or talk you down. You can choose to not do anything and let them dominate you or you can push back. Sometimes when you push back there will be consequences, but that person will forever know they don't own you. That is what happened.

In basketball terms, a future star told a current star player that "I'm here and I'm coming fast." This is sometimes necessary to get respect in the league, which goes a very long way. Luckily we still won the game so all is good.

the camera went towards Buddy and Shumpert, we have no idea what was said from there. I'd imagine it was enough for Fox to react because he usually doesn't.

De'Aaron said "Eff you and your stat padding ways!"

There’s a way to talk without getting a technical. If Westbrook isn’t in his face, theres no reason for Fox to be. Especially in a close game when you’re winning.

A lot of players bait you into stuff like that. Have to be smarter. I’m hopeful fox will learn.

He'll learn from it, gotta remember Westbrook is a guy he has looked up to and Westbrook was talking crap all game. I'm just glad to see our guy not backing down at 20 years old to one of the best in the league and at his position.

Don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't feed the troll don't

Fox was in the refs face for a reason. Westbrick is taunting him without repercussions. He is letting them know that's not how it's going to go. Technical be damned.
More like winning be damned because that’s exactly what you’re risking.

20 sec before the end.how old are you? 16? Fox is very stupid to throw away victory
Every man and woman has a right to stand up for themselves. To be honest he didn't do much to deserve a technical, Westbrook got away with much more. Fox is our leader and I do agree he made a mistake trying to score a layup with way too much time left, but I'm glad he stood up to Westbrook, who can be a bully.

For this techical and for that play before that, Dule Vujosevic slams him in face.Fox is very good but someone must learn him some discipline

Dule Vujosevic slams him in the face? Maybe in Euro leagues but not here, hence my comment about American basketball.

Fox is 20 years old and was being baited by the reigning MVP. He didn't fade and instead stood his ground. That's KINGS basketball.

The T was a debatable call, showing deference to Westbrook. Again, Fox stood his ground. I'll take that every night of the year.

The play before that? Not sure what you're referring to.

DeAaron Fox is 20 freaking years old and he's putting the league on notice that he's here to stay.

Have I answered all your questions?

LaVar has stopped growing because of this

I think he’ll learn from it as well. At least you are admitting there is something to learn from.
