[Game] Kings v. Lakers - 12/6/13 - 7 p.m.

Well apparently if we would have just played GV and IT together we would have won by 15.

That's not remotely what I said. I went to http://www.82games.com/1314/13SAC2.HTM and counted up the +/- for all of the GV/IT lineups in Vasquez' top-20. That comes up to a +/- of 15 points (in 64 minutes). That's all I said.

Lol I love when people make stuff up

Like when you made up the part about that +/- stat being negative if it were not for the Nets game in this very game thread?

Oh, and you DID make that up, because I went back and checked. The IT/GV lineup was +7 in that game. So you take it away, and they're still +8 on the season.

I think that we are all expecting for moves to be made shortly after December 15th. Once those moves are made my guess is that we'll see more consistent line-ups and rotations with less of a need for show-casing guys. If, however, no moves are made then I expect to see these types of rotations because frankly, you're going to have a harder time trading a player if that player is glued to the bench. Even if the player doesn't play well, if they show signs it'll make a different front-office believe that they can get the most out of the player.

It's a lie I,could say me and my son is +30 doesn't make it true just true that I typed it. If any idiot wants to believe it they can

You and I provided very similar links, but you posted the top units for the Kings team (Kings top-20 line-ups), while I posted the main statistic page for Vasquez (which has the Vasquez top-20 lineups, which I specifically said I used). (Edited because the URLs were so close I originally thought they were the same and something weird was going on.)

If you look at the top-20 Vasquez units, that's the +/- you get.

Incidentally, I didn't say that we should play IT and GV together. I didn't advocate either way, I merely put up the numbers. I was curious, I looked them up, and then I posted the result.

By the way, you also have a really nasty habit of calling me a liar. That's at least twice, and I think three times. And you've been wrong every time. Keep trying. Maybe one day you'll be right.

So I have been wrong 3 times in 12 years. That's pretty good actually

Games like this are won as experience is gained. I see this as a learning experience for this, a fairly young, squad. Coach Malone, in my honest opinion, has done a phenomenal job coaching this team (besides not playing IT in the 4th quarter tonight - unless IT was hurt or something). But, I love what I am seeing from this team, and I am super confident that we are only going to get better going forward. This is gonna take some time, but I think in the end, we will all look back and say that it was worth the wait.

yikes. everyone seems a little testier than usual. sure, the last two minutes were a complete train wreck, but overall I thought it was a pretty fun game. digging the energy as of late.

Of course we're testier: not even pro-tankers want to lose to the gd lakers. It's like how Auburn football fans feel about Alabama: if they only win one game all season, but that one game is the Iron Bowl, then they feel like they didn't do that bad.

Slim knows barner fans?

Outside of Pau, the Lakers are inexperienced as well.

I'm going with captain factorial on this one.

Why the name calling? Feel free to disagree.

For true stats on the kings top 5 man units go here http://www.82games.com/1314/1314SAC2.HTM

And show me where GV+IT is +15
I don't this shows what you think it shows.

Numbers are what they are. Not sure why you're so insistent on calling me an idiot for suggesting a fairly obvious lineup combo that really cannot be any worse than what we ran out there in the 4th. I'm trusting cap'n didn't pull them out of the air.

But that's the problem with having a bad team. When you've got crap players, all you can make is a crap sandwich.

All I was advocating was a small lineup with GV plus IT to beat the damn lakers. Not any other team. Just last night against that team that plays dantoni ball.

I thought the tide had turned in this game when Hayes was unable to secure the defensive rebound against Hill on multiple possessions in the 4th quarter. That doesn't happen if its Ndaiye.
