I'll be interested to see how the Kings' new goal of playing serious defense works against the run-n-gun Suns. I wish I could watch to see the Kings pgs pick up the Suns pgs in the backcourt (or see if that plan in abandoned).

Brad Miller with two threes early...
 
Suns' announcer just said "Henry Bibby...calls out a play for his teammates from the left side of the floor..." Guess that guy has probably seen a lot of basketball in his days...
 
Not seeing much defense right now. Not much defense from the Suns either. But their shots falling and ours, not so much, except for Brad.
 
one positive, Bibby is rebounding MUCH better so far in the games this preseason as compared to past years!
 
good defense by Salmons, but then he dribbles right down to the other end and fires a jumper (and misses)...

Amare with a running dunk. Did anyone see it? How did he look? Like old Amare?
 
in other news peja really struggling playing at the the 2 in the past 2 games...

shot is off, and is really having trouble with the smaller and quicker guards when he is on offense...
 
i wuld really love to see corliss back up artest throughout this yr...

plsu its his contract yr.. and most likely last with us newayz...

btw john salmons cleaning up the boards pretty well on the defensive end... :)
 
and the kings are playing much better defense... forcing turnoers and missed shots...

salmons playing well on d... :)
 
second qtr was nice to watch, particularly on defense.... 2nd unit did pretty well...

worried about the number of turnovers, and the shot percentage didnt seem to be that high...

sure the turnovers will drop in the regular season though...

salmons couldnt shot, but played well in other areas of the game particlarly in d... rebounded nicely too on the defensive end...

williamson keeps impressing me this pre season... nice game so far...

seems like someone you can rely off the bench, showed that too couple of seasons ago with his 6th man of the yr award... hope he can bring that form again to us this yr...

We just held the Suns to 10 points that quarter. With all of their best players out there as well.

Not an easy thing to do...

Wow. I don't think I've seen that kind of flagrant foul before! Brad sets a screen and Raja Bell runs straight at him, jumps up and bounces off his chest?

I strongly suspect there's gonna be a suspension issued. That was more flagrant than anything Ron-Ron did in the playoffs.
 
Yes Salmons and Price are pretty much the only good thing to come from this game.

Other than how much the team is going to get their *** kicked in practice in a couple days for the ****ty defense and huge total of turnovers.
