How many offensive rebound we allowed in the 4th quarter?

If we can't fix this problem, we are screwed no matter who we will face in the playoffs.

Rebounding was 10-4 in the 4th quarter. We have had this problem for the last 6 years......can management please get some players who like to rebound....thank you.

We gave another one away.

Inability of our guards to defend ( Mobley obviously not fit) and inability to rebound cost us tonight.

Thanks a lot Brad !

Sure, every game there is someone to blame the loss on. Just once, I'd like you to put the blame on Peja when it is his. No, for those games nothing is said. Poor little Peja can do no wrong. But, let it be anyone else.....

i feel like something was missing...hmm what could it be what could it be......

oh yeah Brad Miller

Brad better come out BALLIN tomorrow...im not going to take anything less

i haven't been this frustrated in a long time

Pedja played very well. The team played very well. If anything, the failure to inbound the ball which resulted in a four-point swing was a major factor.

Can we just once discuss a loss without having to find one of the players to crucify? It was a TEAM loss, pure and simple.

We also gave up way to many free throws to the Sonics because we were pretty lazy on defense. Seattle hit 34 of 39 while we hit 14 of 17. 20 more points from the free throw line for Seattle and we lose by 8.....not going to cut it guys.

i thought Peja did a great job defending Rashard...with the exeption of a few times at the end

I agree I was really impressed with Pejas D late in the game. He is probably one of our best individual defenders right now.

you play so HARD for 46 minutes and then then collapse...we really needed this win

yep, exactly. I couldn't have said it better.
The Kings are shooting themselves in the foot by giving so many Off. rebounds. The freethrow line was what really made the difference tonight. The Sonics were aware that we have weak interior D, and they took advantage by getting to the hoop.

Well, pretty much seems like the three teams above us in the standings are just better than us currently. Hope that changes... we just can't seem to beat the good teams unfortunately.

What can the kings do ..... im scratching my head.. i mean how hard is it to rebound the ball?????
a lot of it is about location, good rebounding is as much about anticipation as it is effort. Most of the Kings actualy begin heding back up court before the rebound is even caught, thatg is what drive me nuts. The team pretty well leave rebounding up to Webber and Miller (Song and Tag). Pedja really needs to help out more and Cat is capible of doing better and probably will once he feels 100%

I will say this is the most frustrating lost by far this season. We just fat out couldn't get it done. Admit it those old legs can't compete with althletic team in the NBA.

Everybody's at fault rebounding wise. Everybody stunk as a team.

Couldn't agree more.

They show absolutely zero effort to get those rebound. That really pee me off.

Thank you for that.

Let's get some perspective here. We're not the best rebounding team even when Brad is playing. Without him it was really a no brainer for McMillan to play small but with Collison and Lewis good rebounding line up. Forced our hand and nailed Tag to the pine. Webber would have had to have something like 25 rebounds to make up for that.

Webber, Pedja and Cuttino played well. Darius and Bibby gave us something too. We lost because we could not overcome our rebounding shortcomings down the stretch - this time.

hmm we just moved down to the 5th seed, beating the mavericks tomorrow will bring us back up to the 4th seed

IF we beat the Mavs... right now I'm not feeling too confident.

Short bench has a lot to do with this. No Bobby and no Brad hurt, Adelamn could have played Mo Evans, House and Tag more to save Webber, Cat and Bibby but in the end they are just deeper right now.
