Martin: 6-8
Wells: 5-16

Maybe I dont understand the game but why couldnt RA put in Martin when we so needed some scoring?

I am so pissed right now..... But I guess that all teams have to lose sometimes.... I'm mad because this game was winnable and we beat ourselves....... ill get over it

So half of my perdiction was right. Peja played good, but kings Loose. But hey, its all good, we're still going to kill the rest of the season.

oh and lets not forget that we couldnt get a god damn foul call to save our lives. F*ck this game, and **** the peice of **** Blind Refs!!!
No one really got the advantage there. We shot 13 FTs and they shot 11.

Ron, Bonzi and Rahim had awful shooting this game. and Rahim was bad at the FT line. Our FG% just kept going down, down, down.:(

Tonight was much what I feared... Artest tried to get back at the fans in the fourth quarter. Not that this was only Artest's fault. The ball movement after the 1st quarter was non-existent. Add that to the poor defense and you're in for a long night. I think the obvious TDM award goes to Granger, who just schooled whoever was guarding him... And it's not Peja 1 Kings 0, it's Indiana Fans 1 Artest 0. They got the best of him tonight... As far as the refs are concerned, they really really let both teams play tonight. I didn't mind it, but I got tired of watching the Kings fling to the floor everytime they went to the hoop trying to get a call, then laying there why the Pacers went up the floor...

More like

Pacers 1

Artest 0

Ron sucked tonight

More like this.

Pacers 1

Bibby 0

Bibby was the reason we lost this game...Terrible shot selection (outside the first, oh, 5 minutes) and absolutly ATROCIOUS defense.

No one played very good, but if you're to point a finger, it's gotta be at Bibby.

I would of really loved to see Martin in the 4th rather then bonzi.

heres what turned the game around:

Granger = gets Flagorant Foul

Brad = doesnt get ****!!!!!!!!

You took the words right out of my mouth. I didn't understand why Adelman subbed Martin out right in the middle of his 10-12 point quarter, and then left him out basically for the remainder of the game.

I am not just saying this because I am a Martin homer  I didn't understand that move by Adelman.

An oddly timed move to be sure.

Then again: Bonzi Wells, 17 rebounds. From an OG. Off the bench.

Wow, just checked...

Ron 28.6% FG%
Bonzi 26.6%
Shareef 25.0%

And Shareef was 40% at the FT line. Can't win shooting like that.:(

Also something I found rather hillarious. The Pacers announcers after Martin gets a reverse layup in the third "And Martin is keeping the Kings right in this game... He has really turned it on like Bibby had it in the first quarter..." *Thirty seconds later* "and Bonzi Wells is now coming into the game for Kevin Martin..." But it was a two-sided sword. We were getting KILLED on the boards, and Wells ended up with 17 boards, problem was, was when he got an offensive board, he'd go up and miss point blank layups, constantly...

Can you cool it of with all the *s? Refs missed calls on both ends. We simply choked tonight. Sure it was a missed foul on Brad, but nobody was responsible for some silly turnovers he made but him.

It was a team choke job, but that's ok. We are on a nice little run and it is just a small setback (or a reset) before we make another nice little run.

Go Kings!!

and still with those stats, "bibby is the one to blame" LOL
btw, bibby = 47%. played awful D but wasn't the one missing layup after layup. he also wasn't the one who guarded granger who killed us. everyone played poorly. you can't blame just one!

Also, Rick Adelman did a HORRIBLE job. Kevin MArtin was on FIRE making a bunch of shots and getting to the lane and then Adelman puts Bonzi in the whole 4th quarter?? WHAT IS up with THAT?

adelman makes questionable decisions, bibby got toasted on D, someone left granger wide open with the ball and he drained it, you NEVER do that. Miller needs to post up more, we need a strong presence down low - he also needs to stop reaching out on pick and rolls because he leaves the middle wide open. Kudos to Miller and Bibby's 3's late, but man, we really choked.

Well I missed all but the 4th QTR... Was sleeping :)

Anyways I watched and we started to lose.. WHAT is up with that jinx power! Not upset at the loss 1) because its Indiana 2) Nothing bad happened.

I am concerned about all the minutes and cannot wait for Garcia to get back and give the starters a little more rest. Yes the short rotation is working but I assume its part of the reason we couldn't hit a shot in the 4th... you could tell near the end that they were tired, shots were falling way short.

My only question is why couldn't Peja rebound like that for us?

Oh and Granger, I like this guy, haven't really watched him play a lot but he's got some game.

For those of you wondering about Adelmans decision to put K-Mart in, I think RA wanted Artest on Stojakovic and Martin would be unable to guard Jackson. However, I would have preferred Jackson to shoot, he is ice cold right now and is known to jack up shots in the fourth quarter. But that's the way the cookie crumbles. One day you're a genious, next day you're a moron. Can't win em all...

Peja's gonna choke...So he gets the Luke Walton award (Sorry to lazt get the official name :o)

A statement game for him = 10 points on 3/12 shooting and it's pretty much four on five in the fourth quarter.

Ron Artest owns his former team, and the Kings wn easy.

TDM = Foster who will grab about 18 rebounds.

almost:rolleyes:

I'm not really disappointed about losing because I know we can't win them all. Also, this is a road game, in an arena where the fans are all hyped up and the players are very determined to win. The only thing that irks me is giving up the big lead. Kings play extremely well in the 1st and then disappear the rest of the game. They miss 745 layups and forget how to execute both offensively and defensively. If they just didn't have that big lead, I wouldn't feel a sense of loss that we let one slip.

that's a big bad decision from RA. i guess RA thought bonzi could do well in clutch time. so RA kept him on court, and then bonzi's game
went opposite way from RA's expectation
