i agree, ric bucher was on espn 20 mins ago said that gsw are out, and its between denver and the kings, i think he would know bout this statement by the maloofs
i'll believe this when i see it... all over LA radio and everything its being mentioned as sac being the main candidate for a trade for iverson...
LA RADIO???? OMG! must be gospel then!!!LA radio is right up there with Peter Vesey in BS value. I see Sac "in the mix" but don't see AI here, ever!
Ric is on KHTK with Grant and Lamb right nowi agree, ric bucher was on espn 20 mins ago said that gsw are out, and its between denver and the kings, i think he would know bout this statement by the maloofs
what's frustrating is this franchise. MAKE A MOVE. make some trades
i have know idea what bloomberg is...
ill believe it when its all done and on the front page of espn.com
Wow I can't believe Philly would want Indiana's garbage.
ric bucher is on 1140 right now he says between indiana and denver, sac is not counted out but indiana and denver are both the 2 top places

her sources are usually wrong, i remeber when she said she had a friend at the hospital that said peja was there taking a physical like a week before the artest trade happened, thats why there called sources, until we hear something publicly then its all speculation
talking about credibility here - if Bucher said that today is Tuesday - I wouldn't believe him
Wow. Indiana and Denver? No wonder Petrie was lowballing the Sixers.
Indiana:
Tinsley/Jackson/Granger/someone else?
Denver:
Joe Smith/JR Smtih/Andre Miller?
Blech. I'm so glad I'm not a Sixers fan..
There were also reportably asking for 1st round picks and money. Not sure how they could pull that off now, I would think the longer this goes the more it hurts what they get.
What is it with Phili? So many players in all sports cannot wait to get out of there. Maybe they should make up to Santa

Grant is truly and completely full of ****. I mean really. He's either completely out of touch, or just sitting up there bald face lying. That's embarrassing.
11 years is kind of a long stint in sports.
Anyway, the key to those denver/Indiana deals would appear to be the thing we were't willing to part wiht -- the promising young player. Granger, and now unexpectedly JR Smith. Thought from the beginnign that Kevin would be the logical target for the Sixers, adn every deal they have seemed to be considering has always involved some young kid with big upside. Absolutely right approach for the Sixers, but somebody is going to have to bite their lip and go for it form the other side.

Indy already told Philly no to Granger. That's what makes their offer crap.
All Joe Maloof ever said was "..... Kings are in the mix for AI" nowhere was it said they were talking about trading FOR AI only that they were "in the mix". To me thats vastly different. In the mix can be part of a 3-team multi-player deal in which AI goes to the Warriors and Baron or such come to Kings (only my wild speculation, not based on any facts for sure).
So for Maloof's to say we were not going to trade for AI (as reported in so many words by Grant) can be completely true. I could never in a million years see AI in Sacramento other than to visit for a game or two a year. But the pieces that may need to move around and thru Sac Town for AI to end up somewhere, thats a different story.
http://www.pacersdigest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27087where has this been said because i really doubt that Ind could get Iverson without trading Granger.
I did not want this trade to happen. It appears that I am in the minority with that opinion, but I am still glad that it seems dead. I am NOT against trading any player, but I just did not see AI being happy here. Nor did I believe that the others players on our team would benefit from it.
