Were not losing this game because of Willie, who by the way, is playing very good defense while out there. Four different times he did box out and the ball bounced to the other side of the basket. I'll give you that he doesn't seem to have good rebounding instincts, but that's not reason to make him the whipping boy. Were losing the game right now because of stupid turnovers and at times, terrible defense. Afflalo can't stay in front of anyone so far in this game. Lawson can't shoot a pea into the ocean, and were beating up on Willie. Brilliant!
 
I think ima start blocking people with how ignorant their statements are. like are some of you even fans or get paid to hate?
 
Kings struggling on the boards early on. I'm sensing Artest-Martin era rebounding from this team...where they would lose most close games because they couldn't grab a board. That's a shame because the Kings had been pretty exceptional on the boards the past several seasons.

The 6th pick in the draft should be a difference maker, typically
 
Afflalo, Omri, Temple, and Ben all played awful perimeter defense in the first half. Ben kept go under screens and it let his guys get loose and force help defense, leaving another perimeter player open.

Temple also got absolutely thrashed by Augustin to start the second.

It doesn't have something to do with what I wrote before, I think that in three games that Casspi wasn't involved we lost, he is a crucial piece of the puzzle for us, that's the way I see it.
 
So is Bobby officially canned from CSN?

He was terrible in the role but i always loved how obviously contemptuous he was to the "insiders" Herenda and Hamm.
 
This has gotta be the least talented team of the Demarcus era. It's really shocking how badly Vlade has failed to do anything to move this franchise out of the dumps. It looks like a team that is tanking.ok, not that shocking. I did watch the draft. It's hard to be shocked after that.

Hard to see how this team wins 30.

It reminds me of some of the Barry Bonds Giant's teams. You tuned in to watch Barry. But if he wasn't due up in an inning, you could turn away.

That's how it is for me when Boogie goes to the bench. There's just nothing. There's not even any potential. Just washed up vets up and down the roster.
 
If the Kings lose, this will really sour my week, as this game was the one I counted as a surefire win. Like coach said, first we have to learn how to compete, and then how to win. Right now, we are going back and forth between the two. Focusing on the task at hand seems to be our biggest problem as a team, as we just lose focus completely.

We once started Jason Thompson for multiple seasons so probably not

The only reason Omri is in the league is because of junk franchises like this one.

Lawson is a long time starter. Afflalo is a long time starter. Koufos was a reserve but because he was playing behind two stars.

People need to slow down. It's game 6 for a roster that struggled last year, is missing their starting pg and has a new coach and 5 new rotation players.
