They just said that Allen Iverson and Webber talked last night. Webber was saying, "Hey, isn't #4 taken?" Iverson said, "Yeah, but he's a rookie and he'll give up the number." Iverson reportedly called the rook, told him the situation and somehow an agreement was made for the rookie to give up #4 in exchange for $1,000 for each year Webber has been in the league. So, #4 is Webber's and the rookie has an extra $11,000.
