I may have to be gone this afternoon but I fully intend to be back by game time, or shortly thereafter. I have an extra half-hour since games don't start until 7:30 at Staples, so I'm fairly confident I'll be here.

Good effort by the Kings last night and no real complaints from me, other than a couple of bizarre substitutions and way too much playing time for Anthony Johnson.

Kevin Martin is out with a sore hand, which was reported earlier, but Grant has just announced that Artest has informed the team he will not play because of a sore foot.

I'd normally resist the urge to posit the theory that Artest's foot is sore from being bent to better fit into his mouth...
