There is no sign that Muss has any control over Ron whatsoever.Do you really think Muss drew up a play of artest getting the ball, artest drives the lane against the whole bobcats team, and artest absolutely barrels over his defender to give up possession?
You guys are straight up killing me.
I have to be a pseudo-kings fan for the rest of this season because I want Orlando to get a higher draft pick, but jeez you guys can't buy one.
After Artest hit that late 3 I figured it was over so i flipped it off to the sixer game, only to flip back and see that somehow the Bobcats came back and won.

Adelman did pretty well with him last year. Oh well.I don't think any coach has had any control over Ron.

Artest just said on House Party that the Kings can win 80 percent of their next games. ROFL
Hey, I think you've hit on the problem! He needs a wireless laptop at courtside. Without PowerPoint at his fingertips, he's completely lost once he leaves the locker room. On the other hand, its probably the team trying to recover from PP at halftime that has caused too many bad 3rd quarters this year. On the horns of a dilemma!there is also no sigh that Muss ever draw a play. As we know - he uses power point
Even worse, Bobcats playing without Okafor at all and without Wallace down the stretch. Ugh.

I don't know if i've ever seen the kings playing so poor defense for this past 2games. What y'all think about it ?
Mike looks like my sister could score on him anytime...
And thats on Petrie, not Muss...
...I really hope this team is radically different starting next season.

That was version I of Ron-Ron. This is version II. They don't call him Ron-Ron for nothing.

Welcome to our world.
No, no, no. There's your error. The Bobcats didn't find a way to win. The Kings found another way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory... they're actually probably the best in the league this year at finding ways to lose.
There are reasons there are more than one version for us. Rick reached him and had stature as a coach. Muss did not and does not. And that was that.
I don't think it has to do with the stature of the coach. Instead, I think it has to do with Ron being out of work for an extended period of time and wanting initially to desperately fit in to his new team, to put his best foot forward. After Ron became comfortable, and after the Kings had success with him in the second part of last season, he aspired to much greater things than fitting in. He wanted to be The Man. That is Ron's comfort zone, not fitting in. Ron's desire to be The Man has been talked about Reggie Miller and Kenny Smith, both of whom know him pretty well. They both talk about the fact that he wasn't happy on the Indiana team being second or third fiddle, even though his team was quite good at the time. It's pretty obvious that for Ron-Ron, being The Man involves dribbling a lot at the end of games, being the point-forward. I think Rick would have had the same problem with Artest this year as Muss. And based on Adelman's history, I believe he would have deferred as much or more to Artest than Muss.
