Whether its slaping 5's at the ft line, helping a teamate off the floor, or stepping in when there's an altercation. Far too often our guys are off in their own little world.

Nobody on the team shows any leadership. We gotta find that guy in the draft or FA (or in a coach)

Then Webster comes over, and still nobody inbetween them. If you're a teamate, you can't let 3 different guys go over and confront Cousins and not step in the way.

And you're right. Cousins has stepped in and stuck up for teamates a few times this year.

Cousins is a little too old school for everyone. Thus he gets tossed and his teammates make sure not to draw the league's ire by showing up as teammates.
