I don't mind the loosing. I wouldn't even mind if we went 0-82. What I do mind is poor effort, ESPECIALLY FROM THE MAIN GUYS!!!!! WHAT THE ****!

I'm sick of it, I'm tired, I can't take this! Look at the Hawks, Bobcats, Hornets!! they freakin try! Why the hell can't we?

I wan't to see Mike gone.. for good. Brad gone.. for good Peja gone.. for good. I wan't this torn to shreds and started over. I'd rather see Mitch, Sarunas, Duane, Wizard, L-Train.. you name it, try even tho it would go no where. AT LEAST THEY ****ING TRIED!!!!!

I will not watch another game till there is a change.. THERE MUST BE A CHANGE ITS SO EFFING OBVIOUS!! Wake up Petrie!!!! This isn't ever going to workout just scrap the ****ing **** already!!!!

I feel you but we can't overeact now, thats what got us into this mess in the first place. Gotta keep some pieces and make some good moves to bring in complementary ones, gotta get rid of those Philly contracts, gotta make sure we get a decent coach in here if Adelman is done. I know people some times look back on fondness to the early days but I'm in no hurry to see them repeated.

I sympathize, but the bottom line for any GM (even GP) is that you can only make the trades that are there... it's not like he can just pick up the phone and have Domino's deliver Garnet, Artest or even Joe Johnson, then pick up Hart, Kenny and Brad. Other GM's have to be ready and willing to trade, then negotiate.

I agree, I want everyone gone except bonzi. It's not going to happen though because for the last 2 years petrie has been a MORON. Yeah that guy Webber can't play anymore, only scrubs drop freaking 31/13/4/2/2. But wait, the trade gets better! We acquired the services of all star kenny thomas and veteran mastermind corliss williamson!


It's just obvious that nothing is going to happen. I feel like this team has given up, IMO nothing is going to happen unless the maloofs make petrie. I mean there are players to be had but petrie hasn't done ANYTHING. He doesn't get the artest excuse of waiting because it is obvious he doesn't want Artest. So GET OUT THERE AND MAKE SOME DEALS PETRIE. Do SOMETHING. I mean there's still half the season left and he still has options-he can rebuild via draft picks and young players or try to save the season and make the playoffs with a good team(can be done) and try to upset PHX or SA(which I think would be possible if we got a good team, other people'll call me crazy though).

Just very depressing and making me VERY angry that Petrie is sitting when he could be working to fix the team.

Yep, about the only positive thing this year (Bonzi) has a potentially very negative impact down the line. When Bonzi is healthy his hustle and style of play on this team of softies will make his numbers at the end of the season look gaudy, no doubt about that. And then we will have to pay him good money or risk losing him. And he is about the only guy that I would like to keep right now.

Opposite is the true of Pedja. His stock is dropping quickly.

Try a LITTLE

They used to have bad players that tried a little. Now they have good players that DO NOT TRY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the answer...........we have to find a way around the cap and pay them more. They ONLY make a few million dollars a year to play basketball so how can we really expect them to try a little.

The ticket prices will go up AGAIN, but it will be worth it if they try to play at least a LITTLE harder so they just lose and not get creamed.

Lastly - keep Rick because he really knows how to make these guys push.

Its really just standard lottery team stuff at this point. And I say that wiht no agenda. Just as someone who has watched the league for a long time. We are exhibiting all the signs. The occassional encouraging win, then the occassional disastrously bad loss. And in between a lot of games where we have a good quarter, a good half, but always mange to lose it in the end. Not much difference what is going on here from what is going on for any number of crap teams around the league.

I am feeling the same way. It gets very boring. The main thing that bothers me is the lack of effort. It just seems that they don't care. One reason I like Bonzi, he hustles and seems to care. That is the kind of attitude we need on this team. Those who don't care and don't play hard and hustle need to be gone.
