I just want to point out that the #4 draft pick was Tristan Thompson. I really enjoyed watching Texas play last year. Both Thompson and Hamilton were on my watch list and I saw them play probably a dozen times.
After about 3-4 games I stopped really focusing on Tristan because I felt that if he were to join our team he would be behind Dalembert, Cousins, and JT.
He might be a good player down the line, but I was shocked that he was selected 4th, and if it had been the Kings selecting him fourth I would have been livid.
I think it was a very poor decision by Cleveland, though I understand that they wanted to pair a big man with their #1 pick in Kyrie. I don't expect Tristan to live up to being the 4th pick in the draft. I don't mind if he proves me wrong because he seems like a good kid and I do wish him great success in the league, but I wouldn't bet on him becoming a dominant big man.
