Yeah, meant to put Price as the exception in brackets after (didn't watch the vid but assuming it's him) but didn't think anyone would be so pedantic. But I still think he's a better overall athlete. This debate is particularly pointless because no one really knows how he's going to perform until he steps on the court.

If Lillard was an All Star now, and Thornton was an All NBA defender, then you can make the case for Reke coming off the bench, as we're also probably a playoff team at that point. What is asinine is bringing Reke off the bench to make way for a s****y defensive backcourt, where one guy hasn't even stepped on an NBA court.

The people who want to bring Reke off the bench in a Harden/Ginobili role continuously ignore the All Stars those teams have at point, and the incredible defensive balance throughout the starting lineup.

It really wasn't intended to show who was starting or even minutes played; just the plethora of individuals at different positions.

If it makes you happy you could have:

PG - Tyreke/Lillard/IT//Jimmer
SG - Tyreke/Thornton/Jimmer/Salmons/Lillard
SF - Tyreke/Salmons/Garcia/Honeycutt/Outlaw
PF - Thompson/Hayes/Whiteside
C - Cousins/Thompson/Hayes

Maybe Tyreke could start at the 1 for the 1st half; start at the 2 the second half; and then through some miracle he could actually play more minutes at the 3 for the entire game.

Actually, I generally don't participate in either draft speculation discussions OR trade proposals for that very reason.

Like I said, I can respect that. In fact, I might have more respect for people of your persuasion rather than those of mine.
