Surprised to see Jimmer getting the most votes. Thought he was one of our few players, others including but not limited to Cousins and Thornton, who were actually fighting for whatever chance they had at winning the game.

Heh. He was pretty bad. :p

I don't really hold it against him as a rook, in Denver, playing for the 4th night in 5. And his coach abssolutely refused to take him out even as he missed something like 8 in a row. But still, he was turning it over and making selfish shot decisions, perhaps deciding hey what the heck. One thing that bothers me a little going forward is just the impression tha tguys are starting to figure him out. He's had a very hard time freeing himself the last few games. Would love to see a coach, you know a COACH, get him off the ball for a while and let him just spot up and use his shooting while he adjusts to the league, then start letting him run the team more and more as he adjusts.

BTW, Outlaw is useless. He doesn't do anything but jack up threes. I didn't like it when we signed him, and I still don't.

The season is young, but it's looking like the trade for Salmons is as bad as we thought it would be. He's been terrible, and I think Knight would have been a better fit than Jimmer. He's a smart player, and plays defense.

Agree 100%. He was the guy we hoped would drop to us (which he did) but the Maloofs wanted the popular pick. What a joke!

There were some shots that were very makeable for him that just didnt fall, shots i wouldnt mind him taking. He might've looked worst than he did because he was trying to set up others on the team, but the team wasn't helping him out too much. Too much standing around and lack of movement for him to make the passes. I wouldn't put that against Jimmer because he's trying but when nobody's helping you out, save for that stint in the 4th he and Cousins had, it's not going to look pretty as the shotclock's running down and it's time to make a move. That would lead to bad shots.

Or maybe he should switch spots with one of our players who are constantly staying around the perimeter. If that were the case i doubt he'd ever see the ball except rarely. But i agree wouldn't hurt to try, then again its not like we haven't been doing so.

Watched the first half, it was sad, very sad. Then watched "The Magnificent Obsession", a 1950 movie, it wasn't bad. Then watched yesterday's The Daily Show with Charles Barkley as guest, it was great, then The Colbert Show, great as usual, then online to NBA site for the final score, the box score, bad, bad news. Then here. What do we do now? Tomorrow another game. Fat chance.

As much as I don't like him as a coach, kinda tough because you can tell he can feel the noose tightening around his neck.

It seems we are ahead of schedule to begin the tanking process but it seems like it's on its way here. Draft talk in a month probably?

Don't feel too bad, he's still making $1.5-$2 mil a year for putting a horrible product on the floor... yeah, I know he is the lowest paid coach and it's less than most of the players, but that still beats most jobs by a longshot.

I'm not certain but if they fire him I think they still have to buy out what's left on his contract. If that's the case, it's hard to feel sorry for him on that end. Heck, most folks would LOVE to get fired and STILL get paid!

Hope he's saving up, because he'll never see pay like that from any organization in a while, or ever...

At the moment, he's being overpaid! You could do a better job!

The team isn't shooting well because the offense doesn't give them easy looks. Meanwhile, the other team gets layups at the other end. It's not that hard to figure out Paul. Run some real set plays to get guys open and then have people in position when the shot goes up to be able to get back on defense.

Westphal and Tyreke keep saying "we need to be more aggressive." Maybe that's why they keep driving into traffic and trying low percentage shots. I say it is time to play smarter/strategically, not necessarily more aggressively.

Tanking? *chortle*
Just let Westphal keep doing what he's doing. No need to change anything up at the moment.

That was so depressing to watch. I deserve an A for watching the whole thing. Everybody just looks completely lost out there. I hope Westphal is gone real soon. I just can't believe that everyone on our team is so awful. The Maloofs said they were willing to spend. Well spend some money on a decent coach.

My hopes for this season have taken a nose dive. And I wasn't even planning on this team making the playoffs this season, but I sure didn't expect them to be this awful. :( I don't remember all the advertising words for the team this year, but I do know it takes fortitude, defiance and undying hope to be Kings fan.

watching this game for me was like watching a whole team of cloned Spencer Hawes playing on the floor together at the same time... 3's bricking all over, slow/ soft defense, no heart...haha... oh lord tonight was the worst i can remember

We should be so lucky.

Your crush Spencer is averaging 13 PPG/11 Reb/3 AST/2 BLK
