i love how jeremy shockey was happy and dancing and then all of the sudden his facial expression changed..... hahaha that was hilarious
 
When a kicker misses 3 game winning field goal...can the team withhold his pay check? That was ugly for any fan to watch. My Rams are'nt much better, but at least they rallied from 21 point to win in o.t. That was with a 3rd string QB!

i dont think we could afford the #1 pick again........ 2 number 1 picks would account for 20% of our cap/salary

And if we hadn't signed Alex Smith to that humongous contract we wouldn't be having this discussion. We'd be talking about how wonderful it was going to be to have multiple first round draft picks!

we really didnt have much of a choice..... no one wanted to trade with us..... and the #1 pick has to get paid more than the previous #1 pick in the draft.... so whoever goes #1 this year will make more money than alex smith

Maybe, maybe not... but with Reggie Bush, I'm sure we could trade the pick for something.

Maybe drafting a guy doesn't guarantee he has to sign with us though? Don't know the NFL stuff that well.
