Nazman's proverbial Game Ball Award (given to the not so obvious catalyst that elevates the play of others) is not an honor usually bestowed on the high scorer. Yes, Jerry Reynolds talks about the inspired play of Corliss Williamson and for sure he made a difference. But how do you single out any one player tonight.

No, Nazman has seen enough tonight to know that this award belongs to Coach Musselman. After wondering on too many occasions what the Kings would look like w/a different coach the answer is loud and clear tonight. This is a very lively, active and aggressive collection of players that were overacheivers tonight.

This team is alive at critical moments and in critical areas. The substitutions were flawless, the strategy impeccable and again the level of play beyond reproach.

Game ball to coach Musselman who is quickly showing Sacramento that he is a winner, that he can make a difference and that the Kings are back. Suddenly the Kings are legitimate contenders again. Suddenly thing are getting very interesting.

Life is good in Sacamento.

I think we need three game balls - one for Corliss, one for Kevin AND one for Musselman. We may not be contenders quite yet, but we're certainly not the soft pushovers we were last year at this time.

Agree with the KT love. Didn't do too much scoring-wise, but the offensive rebounds, coupled with holding Rasheed Wallace to ZERO field goals is more than commendable. Great game for Kenny.
