Andre's a much more consistent lob passer though.

Sure J-Will could make a great looking lob pass but he was also just as likely to accidentally fire the ball into the tenth row of the stands.

The only reason I have my conspiracy theory is Karl was not the big news till the Magic showed interest. Before that I gave them a month before I judged them, and we all saw what happened.

But today, no I think they want to win and to support Karl right now after everything came crashing down.

Both are actually likely to a certain extent. Something like....out of every mistake, comes an opportunity.

They may have even looked at this as the chance for two opportunities. Get Karl while he's still available later in this season....after giving themselves a chance to keep a pick (asset). Had Malone stayed on, it's possible that both of those opportunities would have been lost.

All things considered, I like where we sit, as we feel out the moving forward process

I've got a real good feeling with Karl in charge. He knows how to get the most out of his teams, as a complete unit together

Nothing spectacular but Karl underutilized DMC (on purpose, I think) to get some of the focus off him.

Maybe Karl underutilized Cuz because he struggled the entire game on offense until about 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter.


Not sure how Karl could take the ball out of Ben's and Rudy's hands after how hot they started..

He plays way too relentless and his defense is shaky at best.

I honestly don't think I'm exaggerating if I say we have had more lob dunks in the "half court" in the 10 or less games with Miller than we have had in the last 3 years. Denver back in the day when they had Kmart/Camby/Melo/Jr Smith and Dre was the real lob city not this Clippers crap.

Rudy was super clutch, Cuz came through and Ben was great. Bismack Bioyombo was killing in on the boards and blocks for Charlotte and G-Hendo had like 12 assists which was crazy.

Omri Casspi won't make or break our bench. Especially in a team that plays Rudy Gay major minutes. He's fine as an 8th man or so, and I'd be happy to seem him back next year on a reasonable deal.

I might find that acceptable, if it weren't for the fact that there is a consistent pattern of Cousins being underutilized in Karl's system, and there is not a consistent pattern of McLemore shooting sixty-three percent from the field; Cousins gets frozen out, even when McLemore can't throw it into the ocean.

Cousins was being very sloppy with the ball in the first three quarters and getting blocked regularly at the rim(and the last several games), seems to be missing that extra bit of lift/strength we saw in November(probably from all the injuries he has accumulated).

Rudy relies on shooting over his defenders, so Paul George and Durant are trouble for him as well.
