I feel like I am seeing Chuck Hayes on the floor whenever I see Carl Landry. It doesn't help that their numbers are just mirror (Carl's 24 and Chuck's old 42).

Raptors have a really good guard rotation. You can definitely do a lot worse than Lou Williams and Vasquez as your bench backcourt

i'm going to throw out a guess here, the starting lineup on opening night will be the same as it was in Toronto on Sunday, but Nik will eventually take the starting SG spot this season
I thought our team defense looked better that quarter than it did most or all of last year. Could be blind optimism, could be a step forward.

It's just blind Stauskus love and Ben is in the way so he must be attacked. Going to be this way all season I suspect.
Kudos to those who acknowledge both the good and bad of Ben and Stauskus.

This is just not true; the ball movement has looked better so far. Not a lot, but it's definitely improved.

Chuck was strong and could pass. Landry is short, slow, not athletic, can't pass and don't shoot particularly well

Not really sure what all the negativity is about right now. This is this teams 2nd game together all year, defense has looked much improved, our two new PGs serve as an overall upgrade IMO, Nik looks good, JTs looking good, ball movement is there. Sure they don't look like NBA champs out there, but there's a hell of a lot to be excited about if you ask me.
