Have you had All'antico Vinaio? This looks like their La Paradiso. Maybe it’s a common sandwich type and I had no idea?

I have not had it but they are absolutely the inspiration for making it. I heard they have a location or two in the us now, have you had it?

Funny you should ask, I ate chicken fried steak for dinner last night from a chain breakfast place, not bad. A well known YouTube food personality makes his chicken fried steak breading with crushed saltine crackers which I would be interested in trying at some point.

I have…and sometimes I daydream about their sandwiches. It’s amazing I’m not 300lbs. Yeah, looks like they’re expanding into the US. That’s crazy. I hope they’re as good here.
