Even Amick jumping on doom bandwagon

Hahahaha, mike's source is inside the wrapper of a pack of Oreos that he's eating with milk right now.
Mike's source was apparently better than most constantly linked here, as he was the first to report it.

The rest of his article was filled with inaccuracies but as is usually the reality with us, where there's smoke, there's fire.

This is the first sports team I have ever followed, and is the only sports team I have ever followed.

This is my second year following the Sacramento Kings, and whenever my friends ask why I follow such a turd team, I say, "Well, it's like watching a never-ending drama."

I am uncertain whether or not that statement holds true for all of the other 29 teams in the NBA, and that the Kings are just some strange anomaly.

Should have fired him this summer. This crap isn't going anywhere.

And I'd get on the phone with Thibs/Brooks/McMillan right now, get one of them on board with coaching this team then cut the cord with Karl. Still have 75+ games. I don't care about what national media might think. They're going to laugh at us as this Karl dynamic festers.

Then we'll be laughed at, either fire Karl mid season or after the season and this year will certainly be lost, never mind what it might do to Rondo/Rudy/Cuz. Biggest mistake we can currently make is throwing a penny in a fountain and rely on "hoping" this works out and Karl drama has followed us since April.

agreed on the firing him during the summer. vivek was desperate and dumb enough to bring someone in mid season with all the shenanigans going on. should've just let the ship sink hard last season.

I think it did. Problem is Karl may have been the anchor

There is no doubt that there has been a stench around this franchise ever since Vivek took over. At some point in time we need to stop and consider how big a part has ownership played in this whole mess. Maybe it's time for Vivek to take a back seat and let basketball minds do their job..

Yup.

The infatuation with coach Cal worries me. He is a great college coach but I am not sure that he will amount to much in his second run in the pros. He has to relinquish the control of making basketball decisions completely. This is not a show business and glitz and glamour. This is basketball and everything else is a side show. Two best players on this team are tailor made for half court offense. Pace is not a good thing with these guys and it will never be.

For as long as DMC and Rudy Gay are here, this team needs to be half court team doing most of it's damage from the low post, getting to the line and punishing teams inside. Gritting down defensively, locking down the paint with DMC, WCS and 2K.

There are half court offenses that are exciting. Ball movement doesn't need to stop. You can still play exciting basketball and get people out of their seats. Thibs is a perfect coach for this team and the sooner the guys running the show realise this the better. If you want pace, then it's time to trade your two best players and start from scratch and lose a lot of fans along the way. I have been a fan of this team for a long time, through good times and bad but trading DMC would be the final straw for me. I would walk away and do something else with my time.

Karl needs to go. Vivek needs to step back and this team needs to hire Thibs now. Ball movement can still happen in half court sets but primarily, this team should be playing from the post and punishing teams inside. Blind Freddy can see this.

I assumed it was Gavin's old scent of hookers and cocaine
