Does casspi get the start again?

he has done little to make us think he cant get it done. Rarely does he look lost, rarely does he take bad shots, rarely does he turn it over, he is actually a pretty decent defender.

He had a very good game in his first ever start, so does he get another?

Against the Wolves...I think this will be a good test of whetehr that Hawes benching was macthups or displeasure. Because with Jefferson/Love if we try to smallball it wht Noc at PF it will get ugly (maybe even uglier than what Jamison did to us). So am thinking no, that Hawes is back for this one. If KT shows up in that spot instead then we'll know Hawes is truly in the doghouse.

Man I tell you Bricky, I don't know if anyone can do more damage than Jamision did. I don't know of any player that throws up weirder shots than him that always seem to go in. Makes him hard to guard though.

From Sacbee Kings Corner:

"Being told Spencer Hawes won't be starting tonight at Minnesota. I'm assuming it will be Omri Casspi, but will ask Westphal at shootaround." - Samick

Sounds good to me. I like him coming off the bench in the case that we are getting pummeled due to size alone. Casspi's all around game is more of an asset right now

I say keep him on bench as long as:

1) he's still playing terrible and soft... Terribly soft.
2) a young guy ( Casspi, Greene, or Brock ) is taking his spot. Sure, K9 has been surprisingly mediocre, but he has no long tern future here, and he better not get long term future minutes. If were benching a youngin, we better play a youngin.
