Funny story - my son works at the arena. He was at the door where you could go outside in a fenced off area and re-enter. He didn't know Deebo was outside. He was dancing to some music being played and Deebo walked in and told him "Nice moves" - my son chatted with him for a minute. Being 49ers fans, that was really cool for him.
Got a chance to sit down really low at mid court……not too far from Monk and Davion
Kings had some serious length going on the court at times. At times, the team defense and rotations were spectacular.
Keegan’s handles are improving but still has more to go. Kings forcing him to guard Podz and other guards. Got burned a few times but also had some good defensive possessions
Keon Ellis is really good on D
Kessler defensively is a huge disruptor. Yes, he needs to hit the 3. If he starts knocking those down, he’s a starter in the NBA. The thing he does do on O is he can put the ball on the ground a little bit. He’s not a complete zero out there. Long and active.
Neemi….agree with all here about his early play. Way better 2nd half. Moves his feet well. Ford actually ran PNR with him a few times and he was good. Still think he’s a keeper but still needs improvement.
Ford. Not very big but he picked his spots to really push the pace hard and create open court baskets. Thought he was super solid
Colby ….I think the Kings are also forcing him to play some point to get him better. I don’t think he’s the 3rd PG at this time. That’s a stretch. But he’s good. Really good in the open court. Has defensive potential for sure.
Baum was a wrecking ball out there
Slawson to be determined
Stevens….watching him in warmups. He’s not skinny. Looks as big as Neemi.
Still dislike Warriors fans.

Miller, like others, he was sure looking poor out there. Then he knocked down the long jumpers towards the end of the game. I think he’s going to be ok….maybe better than ok. Charlotte had no PG to set him up and they just looked like they got together yesterday and put something together. With Ball running the team, I can see Miller having a Keegan-esque type year just knocking down the 3 and playing D and rebounding. Asking him to do more than that will ne a problem.
Bouknight can’t play. He’s not good.
