Bajaden needs your prayers

OK, finally back at the old typewriter. First, I want to thank everyone for their support and prayers. To say that I was overwhelmed, would be an understatement. Second, if I could convey to all of you, how I'm feeling right now, you'd wonder what the hell I'm doing sitting here typing this. This was the worse experience of my life. I basically stared death in the face and thanks to the help of some great doctors, I walked away. So once again, thank you all very, very much. So back to bed and recovery. I have a lot of catching up to do, and god willing, I will be at summer league....

So glad you are on the mend. We all are.

But...why are you typing??? Dictate stuff to your staff to type for you! You don't seem to be doing this illness thing correctly. First it's the male nurses, then not milking it for all it's worth once you are out of the hospital. Next time you plan one of these, come talk with me first, OK? ;)

Glad to hear you're doing better. Unfortunately, while you were preoccupied, the Kings fired Karl, rehired Kenny Natt and vowed to trade the #6 pick for a backup center. Okay, just messin' with you. ;) Get well soon!

Damn, I have been out of town (well in town, actually, just not my town) and missed this. Get well Baja!!!

How do you know he didn't enjoy his sponge baths? :p

Talked to baj'a this afternoon and he sounds well onway to recoveery. Says he feels good at times then tired, to be expected after what he and his body have been through. Rehab will take a bunch of weeks eating high protein high cal drinks and getting plenty of rest. Living on the beach will help. Followup visit to cardiologist on wednesday.

Funny man. Travel time + assisting my ex-wife with post-graduation celebration prep + coordinating the arrival of relatives from across the country (my son is the eldest grandchild on both sides of the family, so a lot of people wanted to come) = two weeks.
