Qué?If anything, the series was an indication that PGs need to be able to shoot FTs and make them. Rondo is one hell of a player but, by golly, he shoots worse than Shaq from the stripe.
The overall moral of the story is that star power means winning. Rondo is good but he is not a superstar. He's a talented player surrounded by other talented guys who all make him better and vice-a-versa.
To say that having a star at PG won't get you a championship or any wins is utterly ridiculous. Having a star at any position (preferably multiple of them) is what makes a championship squad.
Yes, it's that time of the year.
And another team with dominant PG fails to go the distance in the NBA.
Do you really want Kings to follow that pattern?
Or is it better to play Evans at SG?
Are you going to back up your assertion with any actual debate or evidence? Or just throw out, quite frankly, a ridiculous comment that has no real meaning?
Been a long time since a team with a truly great PG won an NBA title.
But then again been a long time since any team had a PG potentially as brutal to match up against as Tyreke.
In any case obviously this is just the normal Tyreke is not a PG stuff from a one issue poster.
"And another team with dominant PG fails to go the distance in the NBA."
Yes, I would love for the Kings to follow the Celtics to the Finals. All it takes is a good bounce and the game could of been written differently."Do you really want Kings to follow that pattern?"

Totally unrelated to why that team lost. That team was in no way built around a Rondo PG.Yes, it's that time of the year.

Qué?
I didn't say a word about any stars or number of them on some team.
I was talking about concept, about philosophy and approach to the game.
It's been a long time since a team with a truly ginger 12th man won an NBA title. Damn Scal!

Go troll somewhere else!
It was sort of a confusing stab at that. I wouldn't even try to guess what you meant. Instead, start with defense wins championships and work up from there. Its nice and simple and you won't struggle to make a point.
In any case obviously this is just the normal Tyreke is not a PG stuff from a one issue poster.
I enjoy being thorough!
First you tried to make me some Beno homer, now this?
C'mon you can do better.
But on the other hand, with lack of valid arguments that support your stand, you shoud try to make this fly.
And all YOU are doing is trolling, and doing a horrible job at it too.I enjoy being thorough!
