    Artest in Game 3:

KMartin offensive production might be a one night magic, but i believe Bonzi Wells and Shareef Abdurrahim -if well motivated- are truly capable of hurting the Spurs more. A physical, relentless, and willing to bang inside Bonzi is a tough matchup for the Spurs, while Abdurrahim's agility in...

    Suns vs Lakers (game 2)

In one of PHX possesion, late in the game, down by 3, about 40 s before the end, Nash drove inside and HAD a clear path to the basket, yet he decided to pass the rock back outside, resulting a clanging shot by either Thomas or Bell. That was just stupid IMHO, un MVP like play. Take the sure two...

Bee: Martin will have hands full with Parker

TP had A LOT of TO's tonite, did KMart have a lot of relation to that ?

    Now this is the game...

Big props to the Kings, especially Kevin Martin, Bonzi Wells, and Reef. Not trying to be cheekie or anything, granted that i don't watch the game here in my country, but simply from following the game from the web, i can feel and sense the level of the game competitiveness, breathtaking ! Kings...

link to the first foul of the game

    1. From the information i gathered from this forum and others, Manu fouled Brad Miller on the continuotion of that play, not because of elbowing Ron Artest CMIIW ......................................... 2. Foul was called on Ron Artest when he elbowed Manu, but not a flagrant one. Then, the...

    Defending the Spurs

Pistons had a great collection of good defensive bigmen in '04 playoff, that's why their game plan worked. Do the Kings have the likes of Ben Wallace, Rasheed Wallace, and Elden Campbell in the roster ? Kobe's bad performance in that yr finals can be attributed to his tendency of shooting from...

    Defending the Spurs

It's really difficult in defending the Spurs this year, simply because the team actually are talented enough as an offensive machine -unlike previous Spurs championship team in the past. Brick has often said in the past that the Spurs simply had to rely a lot in their D game, as their O game...

    Clips

The Nuggets are fake, i thought they are supposed to be better than this..................Guard the paint, key on their lobbing passes, make sure you control the tempo, these frikkin players can't shoot the ball outside 10 feet even if their lives depend on it. They simply haven't...

    [CHI/MIA] Game 2

They just need 1 superstar player that can be the reliable go to guy. Or they could develop into the next Pistons ? They really have some good talents, that could develop into semi franchise players. Hinrich, Deng, Chandler, Gordon, Nocioni, Duhon, Skiles has troopers in his squad.

    Best Point Guard?

Kidd's a great rebounder as a PG, but his D's a bit overrated. Easily above average -though has been slipping since his latest injury and surgery- but not nearly having a shutdown D capability ala Bowen and Artest. One thing for sure, he CAN'T guard Tony Parker, he got killed defensively so bad...

    Best Point Guard?

On Billups, i have to say that beside his clutchiness -spell ?- i really appreciate his leadership and defense. Actually, i think the soul of the current Pistons team is BigBen, but Chauncey has been the difference maker...........................Oh yeah, Gilbert Arenas, that guy's good. Has...

    LBJ's first playoff game.

I wouldn't put the ring on the platter for him this early bro, atleast until Cavs FO can put a complete and balanced talents around him -and thankfully, he gets a pretty good crews up there, Danny Ferry knows Pop and Bufford recipe for a great team building around a siperstar for sure...

Voisin: Play some D or earn an F

Is that true ? Then, bad, BAD karma, CWebb .........While on the other hand, Stockton was the master of cheapshot too, so it was some sort of bad karma also for him :D

    LBJ's first playoff game.

Lebron only has to polish -or put more effort to be exactly- his defensive tenacity. He's already MJ's good offensively, now it's the D that needs to step up. Ofcourse, being clutch is another story -and he WILL write it down the road, as for 21 yrs old NBA player, he's already sooo good, with...

    Best Point Guard?

Derom Williams and Jameer Nelson are the PG's of the future too.

    Best Point Guard?

For me, it's a tight race beetween no 1 and 2, Kidd's no 3 out of respect, after that, Parker, Bibby, and Paul are in the sama boat (Paul's potential is scary, isn't it ?). Cassel still demands respect, but he's more of a healthier version of Van Exel IMHO.

    Best Point Guard?

Bibby is a darn good shooter, but that shouldn't be a knocked for him as a PG. Actually, he's even more of a TRUE PG compared to Tony Parker for example. ................For the poll, my vote went to S. Nash. In these 2 yrs stint with Suns, he's simply an amazing PG. Billups is pretty close though.

    Strategy for Game 2 (merged)

If Martin has a decent defensive instinct, actually he could be your team Parker stopper. Martin on Tony, as he's taller, long, and quick enough to bother him, Artest on Manu, so Artest can heat up the perimeter duel, and Bibby on Bowen, since you don't need to be quick in guarding Bowen, just...

Bee: When it comes to his game, Artest gets defensive

I always keep my high respect to Mr. Doug Christie and Mr. Chris Child, if you catch my drift ;).................Class be darned, sometime certain people deserved what they got, even when they annoint you as the heir of MJ :D

Artest hit on Manu under review

Oh yeah, Vitaly Potapenko, you guys actually have one of those Sonics goons now :D...............edit: OK, VF21, this would be my last comment in this thread, if you say so :)
