Artest hit on Manu under review

Well, those incoming 'penalties' are not without consequence as well i believe. Perhaps your team should utilize some bigbodies off the bench for the enforcer role ? I must say, i doubt they can beat last year Sonics goons, and yet Manu and Tony was prevailing back then -though indeed, beside...

    Grades v. Spurs 04/22

If Mr. Slim C ever becomes a Mod, then i would know a certain NY Knicks guard who would get ********* treatment by the BB software when his name is typed :D

Artest hit on Manu under review

Does the foul look intentional ? I mean, it's postseason, players get smacked left and right, that's expected in my book. Well, perhaps coach Pop is a bit on a protective side over Manu, since he's still his (our) best option down the stretch for big games like now.

Bee: When it comes to his game, Artest gets defensive

I don't think Artest is in his best weight for his longterm carreer effectiveness, esp as a swingman. While indeed he has a pretty wide body, 260 lbs for a guy 6'6+/6'7 is a bit on heavy side, fact that he's a perimeter player. Slimming down about 15-20 lbs will help him a lot in the agility and...

Kings have long practice in San Antonio

:D, catcha. You know, i'm not in the jokeful mode, knowing where i am and when , just trying to make some reasonable BBall argument or opinion throughout. :)

Official "It's Only One Game" Thread

Man, that horrible .4 debacle haunts me once more :( Thanx Dave for bringing that up, pointing that anything's possible until 4 wins mark achieved by any contestant in any competition, especially in this NBA playoff ;).

Kings have long practice in San Antonio

That's BAD suggestion, putting Artest on Parker. He'll too friggin quick for Artest, making every slight contact looks worse resulting an early foul trouble -which is bad since Artest is one of your big ace. And Cassel is a bad comparison, since he's a jumpshooter and slow, two things that Tony...

    who wins game 2?

VF21, perhaps i should say a smart, virtual money rather than a real one :D. As a moslem, indeed i've never bet with the spirit of gambling ever in my life. Well, perhaps a few time i was betting with roommates back then in my college days, no serious thing for sure :o

Voisin: Play some D or earn an F

Yeah, it's pretty darn hard for u having a weakness in D and trying to cover that from kept getting exposed simply because your teammates have the tendency to exaggerate your defensive weakness.......................... But then, Ron Artest and especially Bonzi Wells are supposed to be an...

Voisin: Duncan's sore foot difficult to ignore

I do not completely agree with u in this one, bro. I really don't think his delusional obsession toward disgracing DRob is an effort of an entertainer  -this rolleying emoticon is directed to the BIG sofa to make thing clear ;)

    who wins game 2?

Whether my comment is appropiate or not to deserve an eyerolling, i'm sure the betting houses around the world are good judges for that notion ;). And, should the Spurs lead 2-0, but the Kings put a very hard resistance in the 2nd game -say, getting it into an overtime or two, then my smart...

Voisin: Duncan's sore foot difficult to ignore

And i brought Nazr dissing shot and his chewing simply as an example that when its a clear and blunt thing, i'm as a fan, doesn't have any problem admitting that. I don't think Ron dissing the Spurs -if you put Shaq standard as the measuring stick- but to me, his comment is an arrogant one, as...

Voisin: Duncan's sore foot difficult to ignore

VF21, i won't stir any unnecessary debate :), but i do differentiate an act of disrespect and voicing an arrogant comment, if you catch my drift. And indeed Shaq's a disrespectful a$$hole -though he is a great BBall player, every Spurs fans, especially DRob's fans acknowledge that ;).

    who wins game 2?

I certainly wouldn't put my money for another blow out win, but the Spurs seem very focused and energized, affiliation and fandom aside, i still put my smart money on them to win the 2nd game of this series.

Voisin: Duncan's sore foot difficult to ignore

Being arrogant of full of self confidence ? Well, i am willing to put a wager if you put the judgement on the non partisan audience, that kinda comment from Artest -with the situation surrounding it, fact that his team actually are the underdog- would be judged as an arrogant one. Can't...

    Kings: Busted in the chops

OK, thanx for the explanation, VF21. :) Whether it's intentional elbow or not, it's a matter of perspective and affiliation i guess ;), but lets say that the duel beetween Manu and Ron will get heated in the next few games i believe.

Well, judging from our two buttkicked losses against the Pistons in this yr reg season games, i KNOW the importance of good rebounding, especially against team that has a good talent offensively -Pistons are quite a good offensive machine this yr you know. In my observation, if you can be...

Voisin: Play some D or earn an F

Nah, everybody just calm down. THIS IS playoff, ofcourse things could go nastier and wilder. It's no place for wussy BBall, EVERYBODY knows that................................. It's just, i think players and coaches know, if they do an INTENTIONAL cheapshot toward their opponents, it's just...
