Wolves @ Kings Game Thread

Since the bench guys don't know if they'll ever play again, the desire/energy gap is going to look very pronounced. The test is whether they can produce with consistent minutes. Skinner is the only guy I'm willing to give that shot to. Just about any big man will board better than our frontline.

Has anybody notice that the starters are not supporting the 2nd team while on the bench. Talk about team chemistry.

Why couldn't Garcia be in for Hart.. hart SUCKS

Garcia is in the game....

I will be diligently checking espn.com tomorrow to see the breaking news of Adelman finally being fired. This team needs a shake-up.

Though I think Corliss is trash, he's still slightly better trash than Hart and Martin. Oh, and Kudos to Rick for not bringing Martin back. Hart has had way too many games to prove himself defensively... I don't see this as a slump. You can have a shooting slump but things like defense and boarding don't disappear for this long. Plus he sucks in most other ways as well.

My Bag: I meant Martin

Horrible.. This team is GARBAGE. I told myself not to watch and maybe I would be suprised with a win, but I turned it on only to see them down by 14 with little over a minute left.

Get rid of this garbage team, and their coach.

Well, now we can all see it's not Adelmans fault, just that everyone on this team is sucking it up. The bench comes in and still gets killed on 2nd, 3rd, even 4th chance baskets. Even Corliss and Skinner didn't get us any cruch time rebounds... what a surprise . Great trades and moves in the offseason... this team just needs a chance to gel... With our starting 5 and solid bench this team could win 55 games... Adelman just needs to play the bench... what a joke.:(

1-10 3pt shooting and 12-20 freethrows. The Kings should have made 3 more 3pt and at least 3 more freethrows. That would have been the margin for victory easily.

it's times like this when i learn to love the team even more. i just found out that i am stronger than i thought. i love being a kings fan, win or lose. i will continue to support the team no matter what. this was a HORRIBLE game, but oh well. i'm looking forward to the next game. :)

~when the laughter turns to crying,
through the winning and losing and trying
i will be here... GO KINGS, always.

**this is not targeted to anyone or whatever. i understand why everyone's frustrated. i just wanted to share how i feel.

I still appreciated the bench's effort. Skinner and Corliss were obviously chomping at the bit and really surprised the Wolves. But they just can't overcome talent. The energy level and hustle is really just fool's gold. Even so, I think Skinner is worth trying out some more. Even on his worse days, he'll get you at least as many boards as anyone else in our frontcourt...

Wait, that would be only 4 boards.... nevermind... we're doomed

Absolutely ridiculous loss. Kay Gee only had 4-6 pts on 1-2/7 shooting up til the last 3 minutes of the 4th. That, and the atrocious FT shooting, says it all about this game.

Postives tonight were the bench and SAR's defense. Rick best play Corliss/Skinner consistently now (nice to see he went with my idea). Way long overdue though.

Listening to coach T tonight makes me realize why he is no longer worth a crap as a coach. Hes trying to put a postive spin on this loss. Cmon dude, call it like it is! At least Grant is calling a spade a spade. This team is bad.

Corliss said he was embarrassed and that guys have to take a long look in the mirror.

Bibby, unable to look up, says he's embarrassed and they clearly aren't playing up to the level of their ability.

Well, that's a start.

Just like an addict... Before you can start to recover, you have to admit there's a problem.

The looks on the faces of Mike Bibby and Brad Miller tonight told me they can't shrug it off or make excuses any longer. And the schedule is NOT getting easier.

We're gonna see what our Kings are made of, fellow Kings fans. It might be inspirational and it might be ugly... only time will tell.

Please God, let them not just tailspin further into NBA suckiness.
