[Game] Wizards @ Kings - 1/16/13

of course we wait to play the Wizards until they get all their players back healthy and are on a 3 game win streak. lol

My two favorite teams, love it when they play. With that said, I feel this is going to be a close one, the Wiz are finally healthy and have Wall back. They have looked good with him back too and I am looking forward to the Reke/Beal match up. Nene can body Cousins down low so it's more than likely we will be seeing a more perimeter oriented Cousins tonight unless he draws some fouls on Nene.

seeing how we can't guard the 3, I expect somebody from the wizards will be dropping career highs from beyond the arc

2 games in a row we have given up career highs in scoring to a opposing player. Chalmers and then Waiters. sure happens ALOT to the Kings. i bet they have given up more career highs then any other team this year

Excited to watch Beal tonight. I loved his game coming out of college and I fully expect to see him be a star player in the next few years. After a slow start, he's really picked up his game since the New year

I can easily see the Wizards stealing one, our defense has to improve. I say we pull this one out though

Cuz 22pts 12 reb

Tyreke 20 pts 6 reb 5 ast

Thornton 25 pts

T Rob 10 pts 11 reb

Cousins reverts to sloppiness playing against Emeka and Nene...But still puts up big numbers (retro Boogie action).

Reke beasts it, and then is benched by Coach Shortbus until midway through the 4th, so that...

He can give a ton of minutes to IT and Thornton, who jack up a ton of shots, score a lot (albeit inefficiently) and get tore up by the people they are supposed to be guarding.

It can go either way tonight. I think we win (barely). Hoping to see continued improvement from T. Rob and Jimmer.

Defense. Start Evans, Salmons, Johnson, JT and DMC. Salmons PG on offense. Lets stop them and have trouble on offense.

came in here looking to remind everyone to be cautious, but since everybody already is...

this could turn out bad. the Wizards are currently playing pretty solid defense, Nene has looked good when he's been on the floor and their guard rotation of Price/Wall/Beal should not be underestimated. the Wizards are much, much better than their record would indicate and they have the personnel to potentially frustrate Boogie. that said, the Kings still have a pretty fair chance of beating this team and they've yet to take teams lightly (a mistake some of the Wiz last opponents have made, imo), which is a good premise to work under. close Kings win, with Reke being a major factor and not be hamstrung by the coach, hopefully.

I'm so excited. A friend's husband works at Sierra Central Bank. They get offered the bank's Kings tickets once in a while. They are taking me to the game tonight. I will be sitting on the floor! WooHoo! :D

When you say floor, do you mean Kings Row 1? If so, enjoy! I have sat there many times in the past, due to my dad knowing contacts through his business. I will say that, hands down, those are the best darn seats in the house. You will not be disappointed...

As it relates to the game itself, I expect a good game. Washington has got some talent, and that talent might haunt us. I say we win a close one, though....

We're healthy!!!!! Hopefully we are relatively adjusted to each other. Now if we only had a coach but thinking about that just gives me gas and takes away from enjoying the game.

Offense looks great. IT and Reke have really nice chemistry right now.

Someone should probably tell these guys what defense is. Looks like they've never heard of it before

I'd like to see him rotate out one of the guards and one of the bigs instead of both guards while keeping in both our starter bigs.
