what was the last movie you watched?

three...

Basil - more indepth then the usual Slater stuff.
Pursued - Slater plays a psychopath a little too well in this one.
Firewall - Eh, typical Ford fare these days.

My hubby and I have watched 3 movies in the last 3 days which include Unfinished Life, Benchwarmers and Ultraviolet. We both thought the first 2 movies were good, however, don't waste your time with Ultraviolet. It put us to sleep.

I've been watching Korean romantic comedies/dramas over the past few weeks. They know how to milk those emotions and they are probably the best in this department. A few of which, that I found entertaining (and recommend for those of you, who are hopeless romantics):
A Moment to Remember - a wonderful romatic melodrama with a cute love story. Simple, yet beautiful. Easily one of the best I have ever seen.
My Sassy Girl - probably the most famous of Korean romcoms that spawned a lot of copycats. A delightful love story supposedly based on true incidents. (An English remake with Elisha Cuthbert in the lead role is in the works. See it before Hollywood butchers it)
My Scary Girl - not your typical romcom. A story about the obsession of a naive 30-year old guy over an intriguing woman with a dark secret.
...ing - a well-made, moving tearjerker with a sensitive touch.

Superman Returns was wonderful!!!! I was impressed. Some campy moments, but forgiven because everything else was spot on and done well.

Just finished watching The Hills Have Eyes. It was a pretty good movie overall.

Last night on VH1 Classic they aired 'Woodstock', so I watched part of it. Years ago I watched the entire four-hour film with my mom. It's got to be one of the best rock documentaries ever made.

I enjoyed Superman Returns too, Lightforms. Just saw it the other night at IMAX. Was great on the big screen. About 20 min was done in 3D and was pretty cool.

Just watched Chocolat in honor of a friend of mine. There are several yummy things in that movie, and they're not all made from cacao.

^^what a great movie. a classic

just finished viewing inside man and wasn't dissapointed. clive owen is quickly becoming one of my favorite actors.

The Decline of Western Civilization Part II--The Metal Years.

If you all want a trip back to the 80's and to feel good about where you are now, I highly suggest this film. It's a riot, but painful at times as well.

The Descent (British version, or whatever is on DVD). Started in the afternoon but the power died and finished tonight/this morning. Very uncomfortable movie, but a good watch if you can stomach it.
