Viewing Party for Game 3

Hangar 17 will be showing game 3....they have a large group expected for the Monarchs game so they may be the hot spot if you're looking for a spot to watch it.

Does Hangar 17 serve food and libations? If so, what kind of food do they serve. I know several who are considering coming, and I've never been there.

Also--are there lots of big screens, good seats, etc?

Hangar17 does serve good food and drinks. When they first opened up for business several years ago, they referred to themselves as "an upscale dive". Personally, I think that sounds like an oxymoron, because a "dive" should be a very downscale dingy-looking place. But Hangar17 is actually a pretty nice (but dimly-lit) place.

They are located on the corner of 17th and "S" Streets, in midtown Sac.

There are quite a few flat panels and televisions , and one big screen. I have a block of seating reserved. Let me know if you'll be dropping by Den-Den and I'll save some more space.

The food is pretty good and we should be hitting their happy hour prices on their menu.
